I've got a bachelorette party I'm organizing and have about 14 girls I'd like to get into China Club/Jade Terrace this Friday, 8/30... Anyone have any suggestions about guestlists and/or how to get some comps, especially for the bride? I called them directly and the only thing they offered was the ability to cut the line. I hear ya, I'd do just about anything to have that place back to the way it looked AND be able to feel that vibe that I once felt. It was phenomenal, I could never deny that. Exit was a big part of some of my own great memories!

I was down in Miami in June and heard Steve Lawler on a Friday night at CROBAR and let me tell you something... the place + the people + the music = by far the best I've seen, experienced and heard in a long time! I'm definitely looking forward to something that would even halfway resemble that night!!

YUP, he should be back sometime during the first week of august...

I was down in Miami this weekend for the very first time and completely by chance, my group of bachelorettes and i (all native New Yorkers) decided to give CROBAR a try and it was probably the best decision we made!! LAWLER was OFF THE HOOK! I haven't heard anything like that up here in the NY club scene in ages! We hit LEVEL on Saturday night and it was just as awesome!

overall, croatia's performance was just awful... the game wasn't at all worth getting up at 2am to watch. so much for our defending champs!
