I hear ya! That's why I drive to NYC to get my club fix. Its only 4 hours! As for Nation/Buzz, the space is good, but the vibe is strange. Did you notice that the main dance floor is way too bright? The light show sucks bigtime! Sorry, but you'll just have to settle for smaller club/lounge setting in DC, that's just the way it is here. 5 is pretty cool, but again, the vibe is weird. I'm going to see him in NYC on the 10th too, so I'm hesitant about going to Mango on Wednesday. On the other hand it would be cool to say that I heard PVD spin twice (in two different cities)in less than 48 hours. Has anyone heard about the plans for "5"? I think one of the guys who owns 5 also co-owns Nation (or something like that) and the plan was to have the DJ's from Nation come spin at 5 for after-hours. Before work at like 6:15 I went to a Best But to wait in line but there were over 100 people in line ahead of me, most of who spent the night in line. Much love to all the Asians out there, especially my Filipino brothers and sisters. I think that all races are slowly moving towards being accepted, not merely tolerated. It's very important for Asian-Americans to embrace our unique cultures and try to keep passing it on for later generations. BTW, Miss America is a Filipina and the first Asian-American to carry that title. I know that she will enhance the image of Asian-Americans in our society. The death penalty is not a deterrent because the punishment (death) is not immediate. Unfortunately, prisons are not much of a deterrent anymore especially for those with a history of crime, but at least being imprisoned is an immediate punishment. The United States is one of few westernized countries who continue to use the death penalty (there may only be one other or maybe two others who use it), which I find ironic seeing as how we are so concerned with China's human rights violations. <<<PEACE>>> ------------------

Lets also hope that this won't be used as a form of birth control. I'm sure most women are responsible enough to use the normal methods of birth control and this new drug/pill should only be used when absolutely necessary, not as a last resort. Just my op.
