  1. It's Friday night! And hell yea I'm gonna be there! He is going to be off the meter! Crobar was ridiculous and Vic LOVES spinning in Arc's space. He's perfect for it!
  2. I signed up for the List on www.robpromotions.com Admission is then $20. Just send an email to: robf@robpromotions.com To be on the GUESTLIST, $20, for this party, e-mail Rob the name(s)* and party name. At the club tell the list person that you're on the robpromotions guestlist (Good for you +1). You may add as many names to the list as you want! *The Names(GOOD FOR +1 ONLY) I'm going --- but I'll be at Knitting Factory first. Can't wait!
  3. Can't take the credit for these as they were taken off ISM. Jimmy Van M Nathan Fake - "Outhouse" (Original Mix) Sasha and John Digweed Lonestar - "New Kicks" Oxia - "House Nation" Rowan Blades & Chris Lake - Unknown Underworld - "Two Months Off" (Unknown Mix) Sander Van Dooran - "Loaded" UNKLE - "In a State" Phil Kieran - "I Love You" Matthew Dekay - "Higher Thoughts" Beloved - "Sweet Harmony" (Northern People Mix) Sasha - "Cloud Cuckoo" (Luke Chable Mix) LSG - "Fragile" Antoine Clamaran - "My Heartbeat "
  4. Actually, that was a special set up that they did for Sasha & Digweed. If you looked up to the left of the DJ booth, to the upper level, there was an area on an angle. That's actually the real DJ booth. I personally don't like their standard booth because the DJ is so far away from the crowd and can't really connect. I think S&D just like being right there with their people so they requested that setup. I was so STOKED to see that there when I walked in though. Only bad part about it was that it took so much of the dance floor away. Oh well....I'd still go back for them.
  5. I had an amazing time last night. Showed up with a nice crew and then our group just grew and grew! The music was RIDICULOUS! There was never one point that I was disappointed. Many times I stopped in my tracks and was like "whoaaaaaaa wtf is that?!". Definitely worth every minute. Only real complaint was that it was overly crowded. That was to be expected but damn, some people were just fuckin rude last night. No matter what, I had a blast and would do it all over again. Met so many awesome peeps and it totally added to the night! For those of you interested, here's the pics I snapped. Nothing wonderful.... http://public.fotki.com/Kathleene/crobar_nyc_sasha_/
  6. Yea dude, I'd tell her to take a cab home, too. So what if you were in Miami for a week. It's her fault she has work tomorrow, not yours. Go together and then when it's time for her to bounce, give her a kiss and tell her you'll call her in the evening.
  7. If you're only going to be staying until 3 the latest, then you shouldn't even bother going. S&D sets are to be taken in fully --- meaning from start to finish! You'll hate yourself if you have to leave when they're really only just getting started. ----- And on a side note, I was told by one of the promoters for Crobar that they would be spinning until 6am.
  8. I'm there! Hitting the line around 9pm with mah lil crew. The night is going to be purely insane!
  9. I'm sure you don't give a shit, but I happen to be involved in many fundraising groups for AIDs & Cancer & Downe Syndrome & Helping Hearts Foundation run by the Rotary International Club. I also do some community service in area food drives. You don't know anything about me nor anything which I stand for so why you would attack me for asking people to sign a petition is beyond me. I get involved in any kind of fundraiser possible because you never know when you could be the one who needs the medicine that could be discovered to cure some of the world's most lethal diseases. Before you open your mouth and think this is the only cause I'm involved in, check yourself and ASK if maybe I am involved in other things. Everything which takes place in this world is important on some level. The Alaskan wolves was brought to my attention so I brought it to other people's as well. If you think I'm a "whore" because of that, then so be it. I know what I do...and in the end, that's all that matters! Have a good weekend @ XL.
  10. For those of you who don't care about the cause, big shit. I happen to really care about animals and their rights and if you think that's worth poking fun of, then be my guest. I'm delighted to be the center of your childish banter. The longer you keep at it, the longer this post stays up near the top and the better chance the petition has of being seen by those who DO give a damn. Now, you can continue mocking me and the petition if you wish. It truly doesn't affect me in the least bit. Carry on children.... ~miss kittie~ And for those of you who did sign the petition, thanks! Hopefully it will make a difference. If we don't at least "make an attempt" then we can't complain about what's being done. Oh, and btw, to whoever posted about the FCC, I'm sure you'll be happy to know that I signed that yesterday.
  11. I'll try to add that to my list of "to-do's" I happen to think this is a little more important than say, "Janet Jackson's tit" which so many of the CP'ers were enamored by. It takes less than a minute to sign the petition. Instead of giving me shit, you could have been doing something good. Alaska IS a part of the United States afterall. Life doesn't evolve soley around NY.
  12. *gasp* That's not funny. This really is a serious issue. These poor animals are living in their natural habitat and being hunted down in such a disgusting manner. Grow a heart, dude.
  13. I just sent a very important petition to the Governor of Alaska, Frank Murkowski, expressing my outrage that he has signed a bill allowing wolves to be hunted and killed from airplanes. The people of Alaska have TWICE voted to revoke land-and-shoot in the last seven years. But certain state officials want wolves killed to boost moose and caribou herds for hunters. Unlike wolves in the lower 48 states, wolves in Alaska are not afforded protection under the Endangered Species Act, and wolf hunting is allowed in most parts of the state. In the past five years, nearly 7,500 wolves were killed through hunting and trapping. Please go to http://www.savealaskawolves.org to learn more about this urgent issue and to send a message to Gov. Murkowski telling him to support protections for Alaskan wolves.
  14. Nope, they're not married yet. If I'm not mistaken, the wedding is this summer.....and Dee has already warned me she's sitting me as far away from the bar as possible. I thought weddings were times for people to celebrate by getting inebriated? hmph And I'll pass the word on to Nicki. She's coming out with me for the Pub Crawl in NY on the 6th if you're up to hitting the town with us. Will you call the club, "Pussy"?
  15. So, we gonna do this shit or what?!
  16. Mike who? Luba? He and Little D (his fiancee) moved down to Florida. And Nicki, poor thing, she's going crazy with her job. One of the little fuckers attacked her last week. I haven't hung out with her in MONTHS but I'm gonna try and convince her to spend Valentine's day with me. You should come up! grrrrrrrrr
  17. lol Things suck in Jersey even since I'm unemployed. I feel like I'm getting fatter by the minute.....all the more for Rigo to hold on to, right bebe? When u all coming to see me? I need some company during the days. It gets lonely on the couch watching all those soaps.
  18. Just wandering over to say hello to all you pussies. Haven't chatted in a while.... Miss me? (go ahead, admit it, you know you do) EGGY! Get the fug up here and lick my face. I miss you humping my thigh.
  19. Being they pull in such celebrity clientele like Justin Timberlake, I think they may be a tad on the strict side when it comes to dresscode. But then again, I've never frequented the place so I couldn't be positive about that.
  20. lol Whatever works for you --- I'm flexible.
  21. I'll be more than happy to wrestle you for it. I'll get one....I'll beg Allison for it.
  22. Pffffffffffffffffffft - blow it outta your asses, kidds! Filter is a shitty little dive that I ALWAYS have the best time at. If you don't like it, don't go there. The place is small enough without having a bunch of waste standing around complaining. I'm gonna get one of those damn t-shirts, too! Marci, we now have our mission.....
  23. lol pretty sure he is being he can't bring it on the plane. ---I don't think it would be a problem to locate either.
  24. Depending on when exactly you'll be here in NY, you can always hit Victor Calderone's party at Crobar. He usually has a guest DJ open up for him on the Saturday then hits the decks himself 4am Sunday. Come March, he should be spinning on the 6th and 20th. You can always check his website: www.victorcalderone.com and Crobar's: www.crobar.com I know I'll be there in full effect! Oh yea, as for door policy, it's actually quite difficult making it into Crobar unless you've made a list. You can chat with Fernando and if he's in the mood, you'll go right in. They do search you, pretty thoroughly too might I add. They'll open your pockets and pat you down.
  25. Younger men are easier to train! I love me younger boys - mmm mmm mmmmm
