am i the only one that thinks the whole situation is messed up...it sux that the cop died, but the media is twisting the whole situation. they keep calling the guy a hero and saying he was shot in a case of mistaken identity. so this cop ends his tour and goes barhopping from midnight to five in the morning, then goes into white castle drunk. he gets into an argument,leaves and comes back to argue some more only to get jumped. thats pretty messed up but why did he go back to provoke more trouble? probably because he was so drunk. anyway he then goes and pulls his gun on an innocent bystander only to get shot by a cop. what part of this is mistaken identity? he was drunk and pulled his gun on an innocent person and did not drop it when he was told by the cop who shot him. im pretty bothered by the fact that a cop would get drunk while carrying their service weapon, and by the fact that he pulled it while being drunk. think about this, what if you were the cop who shot this guy. and you hear everyday that it was a big mistake and this guy was a hero. wouldnt you be traumatized to think that you did not perform your job duty and you killled someone by mistaken identity. no doubt the guys who jumped the cop need to go down but the cop who shot his fellow officer should be recognized as a hero for saving the life of an innocent, rather then being put down as someone who made a fatal mistake...

im actually glad they striked. the mta has been fucking people over for years. hiding surplus money, trying to take conductors off trains and close down mad token booths to save money, and then increasing the fair and lying about a billion dollar surplus. i doubt theyll get the eight percent but at least people are getting into the action. pataki fucked up big time. he appointed assholes to the mta board, then acts like well im not getting involved in this. hes a lame duck so he dont care what his buddies do on the mta board, and now its biting him in the ass. you can be sure him and bloomberg will be all over the news condemning the union today, where as last week they were all like oh were not getting involved. bottom line is everyone in nyc will remember freezing their asses off during the holiday season next time elections come around. it sucks though becuase the nyc economy will lose crazy dough. mad people shop this time of year and it would have helped alot of companies to get in the black at the end of the year. alot of people will lose money or even their jobs which sux. gotta take the good with the bad i guess.

def memorable. i was the man in high school. junior and senior year kicked major ass. sometimes literally. all i did was party, hook up, or get into fights followed by kicking ass on sat's and regents test. then i entered the real world and learned about paying bills and not playing video games all day. sigh...

did they get evidence of it? if they have the actual blunt or weed you will have to pay a fine, or argue for and a.c.d. an acd is adjournment in consideration of dismissal, which means if you stay out of trouble for like 6 months it will be erased and like you never got bagged. if they have no evidence fight it, most likely the cops wont be there, and its such a small crime that the court wont bother to investigate, plead not guilty and they will straight up dismiss it. this happened to me last year, but they had no evidence at all so the case was dismissed completely. if you pay the fine it means that you are guilty, and you dont want that on ur record in case a job in the future asks, so your best bet is to just fight it. worst case is you lose and have to pay a fine, best case you wont have to do shit and it will be dismissed.

werd. i drop in and out. mostly out. but its time to get back on the ball. i think cp gets crappier as the nyc parties get crappier. its nice to see old heads still here though. i think there some great parties this season, so hopefully there will be alot of good shit to talk about. its crazy though cuz i remember cp being mad downlow and like just a website. id actually go to clubs and know the people from cp, at the meetups there would be a group of people youd know from posting and thats about it. now i walk around the city and see huge posters of clubplanet with that disco dancer silloutte, and sections of the free newspaper sponsored by clubplanet. its weird. dave must be a millionaire by now. and doing lots of coke off someones breast

abracadabra was dissappointing. i was there twice this week. the staff acts like they are too good to talk to you. i think its the type of place you have to go to way in advance to get your stuff. you can get great stuff but its gonna cost, and at this time they know they got mad business so they can treat you like crap.
