Travelling up and up along the mountainside in the darkness....
Pitch dark, nothing to see but a winding road swirling up and around the dark mass on you right....
Higher and higher you go, anticipation building, your ears popping, your thoughts racing.......
Something up ahead! Just a checkpoint, a human life sitting in the small building, you continue....continue into the darkness.....
Up and Up you go....its still pitch black, its still dark.
You park your car, next to the still mechanical machines...you walk up a walkway....still pitch black, you lean over the rail....
You wait, you wait, anticipation builds....suddenly a ray of light climes the horizon, a ray of hope shines in your head, the colors scintilating over the canopy of clouds, clouds which are always there, always floating this high in the sky.....
You can see it now, the colors melding, the bright orange melting away the darkness of the night, the first rays break the horizon and split the clouds and the heavens, your heart races....its cold...so cold...but not for long......
Hopes are built as the bright light breaks the horizons, the sudden outline of the sun illuminating your smiling face as well as the hundreds of others crowded around you...the cold is forgotten, darkness is vanquished as you bathe in the fine warming light of the sun....
In that moment, there are no troubles in your head, there are no thoughts, there is no negativity...there is no room for problems.....only LIFE.....Life which warms your body and most importantly, your heart.....
That is my quick synapsis of seeing the sun rise at the Haleakala Crater in Maui. I will supply a pic when i have them developed =)

Well, last night was a good way to understand the difference between Techno and trance. I found last night a bit repetitive but I had a good time while I was there. AS usual, the People we were with made it more fun.....Too bad the music wasnt as good as I hoped, imho.
Thanks to all there having fun....
And I KNEW EZ would be there...;p....
