I am currently taking Xenadrine to assist weight loss, but have pretty much achieved my goal weight....I was told that "Ripped Fuel" helps build muscle more so than helping you burn fat, and that is what I want to do. Is this true, or do the two serve the same purpose.....and please do not reply back and say "Eat right and Work out" because I already do that... I will be buying the pills anyways, so jst the straight facts and experiences please! Thanks!

Sick of the shore already???? It's not even August! THE AUDACITY! I'll admit, I feel myself getting quickly burned out, but I know I will be bitching about how far away the summer is in October. My suggestion would be if you are so sick of it to take a weekend or two off, and see if you miss it (I bet you will!)

I was going to try to help you out, but I just realized I do not know much about teen nights other than XS has an under 21 night on Sundays, Temps MAY on Friday (Im not sure though) and surf club may as well (but once again Im not sure). Tsettos is at temps Saturday and Sunday, Manny is at XS on Friday and TEo T is on Saturday (not sure about Sunday). I know Surf Club has a web page but am not sure about the adress. I guess I wasnt much help. Why dont you just call???

Les- How did you get linus under your name? I WANT THAT! You're so high tech.... Just to refresh your memory, we did indeed take igloos, but we did not enjoy them-they made us go crazy. What does everyone do during the week? I mean, granted Im broke, and I really shouldn't go out during the week, but its so hard to wait until the weekend! I've gone to Joeys twice this summer, and feel like I've outgrown that place. Any other ideas?

I had a great time this Sunday, butthought that last Sunday was a better crowd. I was severely mangled this Sunday though, so that may have had something to do with it.

I always feel like a million bucks the day after doing K or E. Sometimes I may feel a little tired, but thats as bad as it gets. However, I feel REAL bad for days on end after an all nigt Coke binge. I try my hardest to stay away from that stuff now. Th last time I did it, I actually thought I might die the next day, I couldnt breathe or sleep. what a terrible feeling!
