i stayed there for memorial day 2001...sick hotel just a bit far from where most events r going on...best area to stay i think is anywhere from 6th-18th street on ocean or collins...i could care less about luxury for WMC cause ur never in there anyway

best clubbing experience was the first time i went to ibiza in july 2002 on the terrace at space...this year when i went it had to be seeing Danny Howells at DC 10 and Roger Sanchez later that night at Pacha...unreal....then again i thikn its just being in Ibiza that was sick....the place is magical...in the US ive had plenty of sick nights that i cant even remember most of them...PvD at Twilo September 2000 was up there though

i was there friday and saturday last week.....the 2 DJs ive wanted to see for so long in NYC have been here the last 2 weeks...Darren Emerson (what a show) and Lawler (who rarely plays NYC but ive seen in Miami and Ibiza and once here....AMAZINGGGG)...u better bet ur bottom dollar ill be there this week

i tell ya the truth i could go almost every date listed but since i dont wanna play it out im not...what a fuckin lineup...a few months ago i put a post to all these new clubs to book Darren Emerson and Avalon did...the guy is so underrated its ridiculous...his label underwater won party of the year for the Ibiza summer season...i was fortunate enough to catch that party this summer at Pacha...set of the fuckin year man...unbelievable...caught him last year doing a hotmix at the end of Pete Tongs essetnial selection live in Ibiza...also sick...saw him in Miami at WMC...insane...ive never been so pumped for 1 night in NYC in a long time...the following night, the man Pete Tong will be there...dont know if i can go from Roger Sanchez to Darren Emerson to Pete Tong all in 3 days...too much money for someone without a job...but the following week Steve Lawler makes his long awaited return....now that man is officially off the chain...ive waited a while for him to come back too...and for all the Avalon bashers, I can see u hating that more than half the club is VIP which is really wack but VIP is for the hiphop rooms anyway so who gives a fuck...house is where its at and the vibe in there isnt nearly as bad as what people have been saying...sometimes i say to myself "was i at the same club as these people were?"...this past weekend for Tall Paul and Nick Warren the place was pumpin and they arent very popular in NY...the only thing im worried about is that Darren is playing 2 days after Thanksgiving Eve...i hope theres still a crowd thats going out that night...anyways cheers to Avalon

yea i was disappointed with the lack of crowd for carl kennedy (who was named by pete tong as the best unknocwn DJ in the world) and saeed and palash but i think its because alotta people dont even know that it opened back up yet...its always a great night nonetheless...they have to put the word out that its back open and they have to move the GBH poarty back to fridays
