We gotta make NYC the dance captial of the world again like when Studio 54 was around and more contemporary, Twilo, regarded by some of the biggest DJ's in the world as the greatest club ever...since we allegedly have a Crobar coming and Spirit opening in the same space as Twilo i think now is the time to give NYC a push...lets face it, Centro Fly is gaining recognition around the world now but its the only damn club NYC has left and its doing a great great job at getting great talent....as for KTU, give a big name DJ his own radio show like Danny Tenaglia, Erick Morillo or Roger Sanchez who are all native New Yorkers...make them compete with other world renowned radio stations like Radio 1, Kiss 100, Galaxy 105 which are all in the UK and have a huge listener basis in this country via the web...and work hand in hand with the bigger clubs to promote NYC as a dance captial instead of going out to Sandbar in New Jersey and hearing a Louie Devito CD on loop...i can go on and on but im cant waste my time...ive posted this soooo many god damn times im nauseas from it already

Digweeds show is awesome....its not as popular as Pete Tongs Essential Selection but the music is way way better....now that Im laid off i sit home on Fridays and work around my house...1-4 is Pete Tong on Radio 1, 4-6 is David Morales who actually broadcasts from his apartment in NYC on Galaxy 105 and then 7-9 is John Digweed on Kiss 100...why the fuck cant we have kickass radio stations like the Brits

Miguel Migs....anything thats soulful, ambient or funky house Francios K is a good choice that was said before anything by a Space Ibiza DJ like Smokin Jo is usually good but i would go with Miguel Migs...thats a total summer vibe

Paul van Dyk- Twilo 9/8/00 (was there...unfuckinbelievable) 5. Ferry Corsten- Judgment Sundays at Eden (Ibiza) 7/28/02 (the night of the Smokin Jo set at Space...it was the best clubbing day i ever had) 6. Paul Oakenfold- World 8/19/01 (was there) 7. Paul Oakenfold- Shadow Lounge Essential Mix (99)...(wasnt there) 8. Steve Lawler- Nerve, Miami WMC 3/2203 (was only there for an hour but it may have been the best hour of live music ive ever heard) 9. Paul van Dyk- Roxy (whenever he spun there the first time...i think it was September of 2002)..(was there) 10. Balance Promote party- Billboard Live, Miami WMC 3/20/02...sickest line-up of progressive, tribal DJs EVERRRR...Lawler, Pappa, Burridge, Warren, Kleinenberg, Seaman, etc, etc...(was there) Ive also had plenty of other great nights that i can list but these are good...plenty of nights at Centro Fly were awesome...plenty of nights in Miami and every night in Ibiza were sick too

na i like the crowd at centro better and i need alcohol...im also a fan of the DJs that Centro Fly gets more so than Arc...Arc is alot more on the tech/trance side most of the time

by the way, just some credentials for Darren -former DJ for Underworld -created the #1 Ibiza tune in 2000 with Sasha called Scorchio -has appeared on 2 Global Underground albums (Singapore and Uruguay) -remixed many songs, the most current would be the version of Lets Get Ill by Pdiddy that got all the spins this year in Miami guys way undernoticed (if thats a word) in this country...book himmmmm

Please can someone book this guy...preferably at Centro Fly (the best damn club in NYC)...if its at Arc i wont waste my time....this guy is sickkkkk...saw him in Ibiza and Miami and the guy is mind blowing...hes currently doing a world tour for his record label, Underwater and is accompanied by Tim Deluxe another Underwater artist who made the song of 2001, It Just Wont Do...hes also a mad cool guy...i actually had the opportunity to meet him....he gives great energy when he spins, a great crowd motivator and spins a sound that is very unique which i dont think NY has ever seen before...it would be a great time for NY to be exposed to him and his record label cause hes definitely not noticed in this country

they both suck...no alcohol...i went twice, 1 time for Lawler in May 2002 and a few weeks ago for Danny Howells...music was insaneeeeeeee....but i felt naked without a beer

the 2 guys i wanna see bad at centro are darren emerson and tim deluxe....both from underwater...theyre doin a tour this summer for their new release so if someone who has power to book them is reading this please get on that....i saw them in miami and in ibiza and they blow the freakin roof off with very distinctive sound
