Oddly enough for me I was in my companys LI office that day. I can remember almost everyday leading up to that day and remember the Labor Day before so vividly. The weekend before Labor Day a friend of mine and I went downtown to my office buildings in the WFC and took pics, went to South Street Seaport and ate donuts from the KKD shop underneath the towers. Had an incredible day, we both felt lucky to be living in NYC! The following Friday 9/7, I got past up for a promotion and I remember just hating everyone and everything. I felt I was deserving for the job and that type of opportunity would not come my way again.... I also felt that the world was really shitty. On 9/10, my than boss and I had a big blow up. I was expected to be in our offices at the WFC on 9/11, and at the last moment I changed plans and decided to go to our LI office. When I got there, the first tower had already been hit and I walked into complete chaos.... When both buildings went down I remember standing there thinking that all of my friends and colleagues must be dead our, building was so close.... My company was VERY blessed, we had hundreds of people working on enegagements in the Towers and we only lost one person... The following days were so chaotic, sad and a bit of a blur. Today my company moved its last 150 people back to the WFC and I felt such a sense of pride and accomplishment. I felt as if the terrorists had not won!!! It made me feel terrible. To think that there could be people like that out there. I felt bad for them both, I especially felt for her when she was dancing around the pool table.

I would have to agree with tasty is this something new? I have two male cats and for a while there I would come home and find a big surprise in the middle of the bed, this would happen on an early Sunday morning after a weekend of partying and no sleep. Took them to the Dr and they both had infections, however it continued so the vet told me it might be because we moved and it was behavirol (sp)... We do not have problems any longer. As far as them not covering their waste, buy a lid for the box and you cannot see the mess.

they used to say all of these things about hip/hop and rap. not so long ago, that music style was not even a category. if we as the consumer pushed for it, than yes. however keep in mind with exposure comes main stream.

whatever the world says/or does not say is not what really should matter. lets be honest, he has a good promotions team, a good director and some smart people working for him. he writes some sharp tunes, gets slammed in the press, the consumer runs out and buys his stuff, listens, appreciates and/or criticizes and he gets rich. hmmmmmmmm lets questions who is really not so bright here. i love hard core rap and love his ryhmes, don't listen to them for educational value or what he really says. just as i used to like 2Pac, however if u ever listened to what he said clearly, you would have been concerned. personal expression is a right that we have for living in our country and just as i get pissed when a party or club gets shut down here (feels like my rights are jumped all over) or someone slams my music when working out, I hate to hear people slam music that they do not listen to or.

I never part with old music, the reason why is that I can throw in an old tape or CD and it takes me back to years gone past. Some memories good, some memories bad... However they are just that... Memories of a past, memories of how much my life has changed!

I have 2 cats and at the present time they remain the GREAT LOVES of my life. I think I have attached their adorable pics...

I don't know you however I do know Shannon. She is a giving, good person and does not deserve to have anyone shit on her! Good job and I hope you hit him hard enough that he feels it for weeks. There is nothing worse than having someone steal from another, especially when you are out partying and having a good time.

Movies are not real! Don't base emotion on anything like that. Love is a feeling that for me is not easy to explain and I am certain I have only really loved one person in my lifetime.

Yes Yonkers is quite lovely today. and working from home makes it even better. I am about to go for a run and try to get some sun. I am overly cheerful as well today.

I love the show and have been anxiously waiting for it to return. I will be home on Sept 15th watching! It does piss me off that it takes so damn long to tape another season.
