I do not think it is 18+ parties that suck... cause there are some 21+ parties out there where the vibe is just as "stuck-up" as the vibes at 18+ parties. Vinyl is the exception, and so were Twilo fridays back in the day. As long as the people are at a Venue for the music and not for the scene, the vibe remains happy. So as for your speculation on 18+ parties "sucking", I think you need to find one that doesn't include meatheads, half naked girls who need to eat something, and cheezy house music. .

SERIOUSLY!! And your tall lankyness should have been easy to spot. Funny thing is I was playing the "i think i know that person" game the whole night. I saw this other kid that looked like you... but he was too short... and I figured that you would have gone to Scot Project over JV (guess I was wrong).

I don't care about not being able to go... cause I know that they will be back... but MTV HAS A HOLD OF S&D??? WTF!!! At least they could have done something a little less cheeze!!

Okay... I don't know if anyone else knows about this, but it sure made me jump out of bed this afternoon (morning?). MTV is doing thier whole NYE bash as usual, and they announce on the commercial that S&D are doing afterhours?! Is this true?!? So.... does this mean that S&D are going to be at the World?? Anyone here that can confirm this??

Okay... my review. First off i wasn't even gonna go out this friday and I ended up going out anyways (go figure). I arrive at the club only to find the group of girls I was meeting have issues with getting in.... my one friend LOST HER LICENSE (arghhh... hate those people). So needless to say, they left cause they couldn't get in, but I wasn't about to leave with them. I had a VIP card so I got to skip that god aweful line and just walk right in (thank god... it was freakin cold out last night). I get in, check my coat, and walk through the door to be greeted by the familiar faces of Mugz, Cobra, Cottoncandydream, Mist, and SexybabyD, and met Bigpoppanils and Saigray. I had totally forgotten that CP was to be in full effect, but it was a pleasant surprise. Although I am not a big fan of house music I still had a blast shaking my ass on the dance floor (but where else would I be). For his genre, Vicious is the man. My only complaint had to be that the sound system was WAY TOO FAWKIN LOUD!! WHAT IS UP WITH THAT!! I usually never suffer from "ear ringing" but last night was an exception. They definately need to get a new sound system in there. But, a good night was had by all. And I hope to see those pics up soon!

Great Pics!! It was definately a good night

I am definately one of those people who others categorize as "one who thinks too much". Whether it be getting into deep conversations with friends or just reflecting on things to myself... it always happens. I guess its just my Saggetarian nature.

I was there... kinda... the night couldve gone better: We left at 1 to get into the city by 2, and ended up waiting in 2 HOURS of traffic going into the Holland tunnel. Finally got into the club at 4 and headed immediately for the dance floor (as usual) and after 20 minutes of dancing the chinese food I ate earlier began to disagree with my stomach. Needless to say, I ran to the bathroom, saw my dinner, and did not feel up for much of anything for the rest of the night... but I had fun listening to good music and chatting with fellow cp peeps. It was nice seeing old faces and meeting new ones, but it definately could have been a better night. My word of advice... chinese food before dancing is a BIG no, no.

My last one is tomorrow night!! Yay!!

Tiesto was awesome!! He played alot of older mainstream stuff... but it was still good... and it was kind of expected since he was playing for the Exit crowd. As for Draper going on earlier... HELLZ NO!! I left when Draper came on and started spinning his MP3 tracks... there was no need to hear that crap. Tiesto should have been on the decks the whole night instead of the mere 3 hours. Mugz, Cobra: It was nice meeting you two! We had alot of fun last night!

OOoooh... the eighties!!! hehehe... I remember Madonna and Paula abdul, and My Little Ponies, Rainbow Bright, Nickelodeon, Sesame Street, side pony tails, those white keds, scrunchy sox, hair scrunchies, bananna clips, the poofy bangs, crimped hair, perms (my mom still has one)... oh the list could go on and on.
