I've been pretty pissed that winter is over, but now I win. I get that last bit of cold that i'm going to miss all summer long. But the real reason it snowed in April is because i brought my snowboard home on the 30th of march, so it's only logical that the 30th 31st and 1st that it would snow.

April 4th @ arc sounds like a plan. I wonder why their website would say that they are playing at centro when . . .ahh whatever, so long as i know where to go see them. Thanks

Whats the deal, Saeed & Palash's site says they're set to play CentroFly on april 3rd, but the Centro site says not a thing about it. Any ideas?

Amen....so long as people are willing to dish out 50 bucks, they'll charge $50 bucks. . then next time around, bump it up $5 so it doesnt seem like that big a difference and people will dish out the extra cash. The thing i wonder is how much money they lose & the bar because people spent it all on the tix? I mean, if i spend $10/$15 to get in and buy a few rounds and start getting drunk, i'll be much more likely to spend that extra cash at the bar till i get ripped. (not to mention the water that i'd be buying on top of that to keep myself hydrated) If i spend all my money on my tix and i dont have enough money to get drunk enough, i'm not going to spend any money on drinks that get me kinda iffy-almost-buzzed. I wonder if that has anything to play into things. . . .Just some food for thought.

night person all the way. I'm such an insomniac. I usually have a really hard time falling asleep at night, no matter how many days i've been awake. I can fall asleep during the day easy any time. Once 9:30 rolls around my mind doesnt stop. Its such a drag too because sometimes its really hard to be productive at night. I cant work on music cuz my roommates are asleep and i cant go to the studios @ school cuz they close at 2, and i cant get microphones from the equipment room after 6pm, sometimes 3pm. it really sucks having your creative juices flowing 1000mph and not being able to do anything about it. Then it usually get wasted playing xbox or Ps2 or watching nick @ night. Fucking "normal" people with their damned "normal" sleep schedules! Its really just a conspiracy to keep me down!!!! grrrrrr

This may just be me, but 50 beans to be sardine packed into a club to "see" a DJ spin that i've already seen before? Seems a bit outlandish. I remember when it was $30 to get into Twilo to see him spin and you couldnt even dance it was so crowded. IMHO (which is very full of itself ) There are lesser known DJs who will show me a better time. More space to dance and move around and meet people. Better crowds who aren't out that one night of the year for the Big "rockstar" DJ. And you can get to the bar. And when you get to the bar, you can actually buy a drink in under an hour. If you've never experienced PVD live, i'd say go. . .but maybe a drive to another city where its not $50 is in order. Otherwise i cant see it being worth the trouble. Just my two cents.

cant you just buy photopaper and print it out from your computer? a decent printer should be able to handle it and have a photo paper option. I've done that a few times with jpg graphics and its come out pretty fucking awesome looking. That may not have been what you're looking for but just an idea.

Wow, you people are making me feel young again! I was starting to feel old and i'm only 23 as of the end of april. . . My back is killin me, everyone around me at school is younger than me, I have problems sleeping (which can be good for partying all night), and a list of gripes a mile long. .. .i was scared that i was getting old before i knew it. . but you've been at it for as long as i'm alive. Thats stamina. . not only that, but i dont feel old any more.

You might even be able to get a used accord in almost perfect shape still on some warrantee items.
