Foggy Bottom for Georgetown. Have you checked out Adams Morgan? Lots of bars, dance clubs and Ethiopian Restaurants. You would have to get off the Dupont Circle Metro and walk North on 18th. If you're into museums, the Phillips Museum is a smaller, modern art museum near Dupont (21st and R maybe?) Dupont is very cool too. Lots of gay people and some good food - but kinda pricey! Capitol Hill (Union Station metro stop) has some great Irish Pubs and you might check out Easter Market too - v. cool! You HAVE to go to the cheese shop if you go there! *drool* The meet up will be in the hallway near the bathrooms in the main room. Got a picture?

First a couple of questions: When are you coming down and when are you leaving? Where are you staying? What kind of things do you like to do? Cheap or expensive? Are you going to make the CP meet up?????

How do you usually shop for records? I don't pay a lot of attention to what everybody else is buying, to be honest. I usually go to the new records section and listen to as many as I can. I try and hit new progressive, techno and trance. If I have time leftover I check out some breaks. I figure, at this point I'm the only one listening to them - so who cares what everyone else thinks! I wish I could remember some of the other records I purchased because I got some really good ones! I got cookie dough dynamo - but that's kinda old. Still an excellent track! I got one in the new prog section from Pitch Black and another one w/ zebra stripes. How's that for helpful?

1. It is a public school. 2. Dogs sniffing your room constitutes an illegal search, IMO - I think the laws are a little blurry about this, unfortunately. 3. A choice between being expelled and taking a drug test is not a real choice. But, if it were me - regardless of whether I was clean/dirty - I would refuse to take the test. But, then again, liberal, anti-drug law, freaks like myself aren't exactly dying to get into VMI!
