The new party at Roxy is beginning on December 21st, and is showcasing Johnny Vicious's new residency. That night will also feature a performance by Amber, singing her new song. 18+ to enter 21+ to drink. There will be a weekly mailing list, please email to placed on it. If anyone is interested in promoting this party here are some details. Sub promoters are paid $8 dollars per head, team leaders make $3 commission on their sublists. They are all places that are frequented by pretentious snobby people. I havent heard anything about GO, but I have seen pics of the inside and its gorgeous. Lotus and Eugenes both have really good parties during the week, I want to say Wed. or Thursday. Good luck getting into Suite 16, you might want to try going on the weekend.

The door count at Hush for the night was a little lower than 150. This party has the potential to do awesome, Domenick Felopei in my opinion is the best up and coming dj right now. I think with the right promotional effort things will pick up. Awesome vibe, but few people.

Yeah there are a lot of shady promoters, but I do think that promoters are important to clubs. Nightclubs are a business, and every business needs advertisement. What better advertisement than people hitting the streets, handing out fliers, and talking to people. Granted there are a lot of promoters that just rely on their friends using their guestlist.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I want to bring talent into a party that people are not used to seeing. Correct me if Im wrong, but the live acts that I want to book I have not seen perform in the northeast (with the exception of RITM). Here is the lineup that I have tentatively made, and im looking at large Expo center venues in NYC and CT. The chances of booking everyone that I want is very slim, so I put down a few choices. I have a question, who are the best headliners in the scene right now? Who are the DJ's that you most like too see, or who give the best performances? Im putting together my own party right now, and I really want to book Rabbit in the Moon. But realistically they are impossible to book, and really only perform 5-7 times a year all around the world. Just wanted to get some input from the party kids. I havent been to a party in over a year, Im kind of out of it. Thanks
