i used to roll every week....not a good idea...bad 4 u, every 10-14 days is good, unless u take 5-htp pills on a regular basis, then every week or so is good,

I don't know the name of the pill...it was shaped like a 4-leaf clover and I took it in Europe last summer...and it was "wow"

Supposedly vitamin C helps you maintain your roll and keep it alive. I don't know if any of that is true though. I mean it is good for your body, but I assume that it would only have an effect if you constantly drink it before and after you roll because you would need a fairly large amount for it to have any effect. You could purchase 5-HTP at any vitamin shop. They usually will have a couple of different brands, I just buy the cheapest one. Those little pills can be expensive you know, lol.

Damn! If I had only stayed here this summer, I would've got to enjoy Tunnel....I am gonna be sad too. Stupid landlord. Tunnel was my where I had my first club experience and now it's gone... Now I feel like all th Twilo-lovers who lost their place.
