Downtime booked my ass to play their IndepenDANCE II party this Wed on the mainfloor upstairs along with Saint James. And they've given me 4 1/2 hours to spin, so I'm gonna be mixing it up with a variety of styles ranging from techno and schranz, hard nrg/trance, some darker hard house, industrial/ebm, and probably some acid and chemical breaks thrown in just to keep things interesting. Although, they did request that I not spin any hardcore, but you can hear me spinning gabber every Friday anyway at Fun House.

We were up on the third floor. I was wearing the black pentagram shirt and black camouflage pants. We did go down to the second floor every now and then for a good laugh, though.

Mugz, u suck. Dan said you were sick or some shit. Luckily some of my rivethead peeps were there, but we just stood around waiting to hear some industrial and terrorizing the frat boys. I gave Luna one of my new mix cds. Heard some of Terence Fixmer's new stuff and an old remix of Die Krupps. Saw The Horrorist there. But other than that, I pretty much just went about getting completely shitfaced.

This girl crashed at my place all last week and we didn't leave the apt from Sunday night til Friday night. We just hung out inside all day constantly having sex. By the time Friday rolled around, she finally said that her poonani was too swollen which was a relief for me cause my shit was starting to get sore as well. Was one helluva nice week, though.

LOL It's hot out and I've been drinkin. Nah, but it really was. The weather was really nice, and we drove down this main road into Vancouver and you could see these huge mountains almost shimmering in the background. I remember the people and the city were just really laid back and fun. Strange thing about that trip was, that one night I went to a club and saw some friends there that I hadn't seen in a few years. They lived over 500 miles away from Vancouver but had just decided to go party there for the weekend, so I got to hang out with some old buddies unexpectedly. It was really... ummm... beautiful. hehe

I visited Vancouver a few years ago. Beautiful city. I also remembering hearing some really good breakbeat DJs out there at this one joint, I think it was called Sonar or something. Welcome back to this twisted hellhole. I'll let the rest of the board suggest parties for ya unless you're into freaky shit. The parties I spin for aren't really a normal night out for most people.

I can't say anything cause I always used to drive drunk. But this was years ago when I was living in eastern Washington ten miles outside of a small town (pop. 2,000). So coming home at night, it'd only be me and maybe some coyotes out so I didn't have to worry about hurting anyone other than myself. But in populated areas like this, there's too much of a risk that you're gonna hurt someone else. Glad to hear you're gonna make a change.

The DOS_UNITfication tour by the German industrial/ebm band E-Craft (http://www.e-craft-online.de) is happening this August. Apparently their keyboardist can't make the tour, so I was contacted today about filling in on keyboards for this tour for the States and Canada. I've played keyboards with industrial bands before, and E-Craft wanted someone dark and evil looking. I guess I'm evil looking enough (and I'm German), so time to dig out the ol' gas mask and get ready to hit the road in a couple months. Plus I'll be able to sell my solo cds on the road and pass out my mix cds to the clubs we play at for possible future DJ gigs. So mark your calendars, cause August 10 we'll be playin here in NYC. And I also got contacted today about filling in for the DJ at Gomorrah next month which is a helluva lot more money than what I make at my regular residency here in NYC.
And this Friday I'm playing the one year anniversary of the SHOCK Therapy! party down in Philly, and I just got hooked up with a free ride down there and back since my ass gots no car.
And to top it all off, the guitarist for this band I used to play guitars for just called me up and told me that she just quit the band, and they've got a cd release party this weekend. So I get to laugh at their misfortune (cause I fuckin hate them now) along with celebrating all the good shit that's happened today.
And my pseudo-girlfriend's mom just called me up and I told her the good news, so she invited me over tonite and said she'd buy me smokes and beer to celebrate.
I can't believe it. I'm actually enjoying life for once.

Dated a girl for two years in high school and she was on the pill. Then she dumps me to go out with this other guy, quits taking the pill, he gets her pregnant, and then he leaves three months later to join the Navy. So she tries to get back together with me then, and starts telling me that the baby is mine. Then when she found out that I had already found a new girlfriend, she gets my girl's phone number by calling her school and impersonating a lady from the baggage claim at the airport. So she calls up my girl and starts crying to her about how I was supposed to be a daddy for her kid (even though it wasn't mine). Crazy fuckin bitches, I tell ya.

I was already gone? You mean after the party was over, cause I close out the night upstairs? Friday was pretty weak, not a whole lotta people showed up this week. Sascha from KMFDM was there, though. LOL He requested I play one of his tracks and I told him no. I'm not the biggest KMFDM fan.

I'm not sure what my personality seems like on the board since I haven't been posting much lately. But I think it's safe to say that I'm a sex freak in actual life. I've already gotten laid nine times this week in about every way imagineable. And then my g/f gets back from Germany in ten days, so I imagine my bed will be getting even more abuse when she returns. Sex, drugs, and gabber music are about the only things that make me happy right now.

Activate is simply a sick fuckin tune. Not the shitty Ibiza mix, but the original version with those dark stabs. I still play that shit every so often at Fun House and those Harlem parties.
