i'm so sorry to hear about your dog...i feel your pain - i know how hard it is, esp. when your dog is sick...had to put down my dog of 13 years last spring....just remember that tina is now in a place with other doggies where they have plenty to eat and drink, and it's a place where the grass is always green and the sun is always shining, and where she can run and play to her heart's content... take care

i've seen so many negative posts about exit lately, so i'm wondering if i should go there after all...we thought that was were we would end up going (my bro is 18), so what else is there? don't want to go all the way to nyc and end up in a club that sucks...flying to boston on thurs, driving down to nyc on fri the 10th...will try to make the newbie meetup...since i live so far away, i rely on this board for info about the vibe in these places...of course, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but i've just seen a lot more negative posts about exit than positives lately... check ya'll later - thanx

well, i leave for boston a week from today w/ my husb, sister, and bro...will be driving down to nyc a week from tomorrow...my husb is going to boston on business, but i told him we just HAD to leave a few days earlier and go to nyc for the weekend...you guys know why? BECAUSE OF ALL OF YOU! after i came across this board last month, i really wanted to go to a nyc nightclub and maybe even meet some of you guys - everyone has been so friendly to me on this board...so we made some changes in plans and are now going to nyc...planning to go to the newbie meet-up, too. anyway, i don't even really know why i'm posting this, i guess i'm kinda amazed that i'm even deviating from my husb. original business trip...just so i could go to nyc...usu. i'm not quite as spontaneous. well, yee-haw everybody and have a good day!

I heard the navel piercing hurts...did it?

just wondering...I just got the cartilage pierced in both of my ears today...so counting the two in each earlobe and the cartilage, that makes 6 piercings total...nothing major...I think the cartilage piercings I got today is maybe my way of trying to hold on to my youth (I'm turning 30 on Aug. 2)...not brave enuff to do the navel or anyplace else, for that matter...anyone else? Maureen p.s. the cartilage piercings sure are sore. Does the soreness usu. last longer than regular earlobe piercing, too?

Tae Bo fanatic here, but I don't do it as often as I should anymore. We have a Tae Bo studio here in Houston (the other one is in LA), but I haven't taken a class there yet. Easier to just pop in a tape. But I heard Billy Blanks flies in every now and then to check up on things here and lead a class. Maureen
