hey, i've got a question for ya'll... i've been out of the city for a few months (it's makin me craaazy!)... i was wondering what's been goin down at Spa lately? this summer there was no better place, but i haven't heard anything at all about it since then. i'm gonna be back in the city in a few weeks--can't wait!!! but i gotta know what's hot laaate. c.

i have two favorites, and they are both complete opposites of each other--hoegaarden and guinness draught. hoegaarden is a belgium white wheat. it's soooo good, especially with a slice of lemon. good change of pace from guinness. laaaaate. c.

Hey, anyone ever hear any Doboy? I don't hear much talk about him in the clubs these days, but his mixes are off the hook... most of em at least--every now and then, i hear something pretty frickin terrible, but usually he's all craaaaazy hot. check out trancequility vol. 14--parts of it are some of the best spinnin ive ever heard.

during july, venue had this CRAAAAZY promotion where beer and well drinks were free until 10pm on wednesdays.. you should check that out... i think they stopped doing that, but it might still be on. it's a real loungy place, but a great spot to go after work.

What I want to do more than anything else is to be a club promoter/publicist. The trouble is that I don't know where to start looking for such a job. I'm a solid writer with an extensive background in public relations. I have held numerous internships, and would really like to start a career doing something I really enjoy. Anyone have any insight? Thanks all for the warm welcome... texas is ok--came down here four years ago to see somethin different... now, i can't wait to get back up east. austin has a pretty tight club scene--there was huge rave there just a couple weeks ago... somethin like 50 dj's from all over the world spinnin... pete tong was there--i was a little dissapointed no oakenfold or pvd... oaky was in dallas about a month ago. anyhow, thanks again for the nice reception. laaaaaaate. c.
