whattup DC heads - I'm trekking down to DC on June 14th to see Pappa and S&P at Buzz. Have a couple of questions: We're probably driving straight from NYC to Buzz, but will not get to DC until around 11 o'clock - - what time does Buzz open? - What time does it close? - is there a line and what is the entrance situation (i.e. are they selective, searches, etc...) - Lastly, what is there to do on saturdays? Anyone know who's spinning at Glow? Thanks a mil and see you at Buzz!

i thought seaman put on a really good set, definitely more banging than when he was at vinyl in october. kept me dancing most of the time i was there. vinyl was not packed, but i like it that way, room to move and dance. left at around 7 when my buzz started to wear off and fatigue set in. good to meet you teklord, sorry if i was a little drunk .

bowling (especially on a friday/saturday night) has always been my least favorite thing to do. It totally sucks!

i checked the lineup yesterday and i have to say i was a little disappointed. Only a couple of electronica events (which should be good), and nothing really impressive in general other than that. Also, they seem to be charging for a lot more events too. sooo looking fwd. to returning to PS1, however.

when i graduated from grad school, I had lots of interviews. The worst one was one where the guy told me 'look, I have been real busy and haven't had a chance to look at your resume, what can I do for you?' 5 minutes later the interview was over. Two weeks later I got a call back and got the job - have been working there for 3 1/2 years +. Point is - your perception of the interview does not matter, it's what they think, and it is usually impossible for you to accurately perceive it from their point of view. Tek - As for being worried about not having the skills, were you honest with them about what you can and cannot do? If you were, I would not be too worried, because they are likely planning on training you, etc. - they know what they're getting because you told them. Dont worry mate, you'll find a way to handle it. I'm off to Baktun, L8a....
