  1. exactly. *but* watch out for religion and family beliefs...i once almost fell for a girl whose religion + family wouldn't allow her to date me...and these are values to compete with that are more trouble than they're worth (race isn't tho!) :/

    lego porn

brining a new definition of "play-time" to your local daycare.
  3. omfg i'm gonna cream myself if they really do bring marco v and jules over. gotta say though, glow really sucks - everything from their "dress code" that seems to change by the minute and the unfriendliness of the crowd...etc. any NYC heads thinkin of coming down be ready for the club to close by 4 or 5am. mauro picotto@buzz last summer was fuckin sick, one of the best nights of the year (if we're lucky maybe he'll play at buzz on the friday night, glow is only on saturdays). *crosses fingers*
  4. multitasked timewasting. technology at its best!
  5. 16B opened for Danny Howells at buzz (DC) in october i think....but everyone liked him so much (including danny) that he stayed the entire night and shared records/tag teamed with danny. both were laughing + smiling the entire night, great atmosphere coming from the booth
  6. my feelings exactly. sunday mornings are for congregation (on the dancefloor) and worshipping (the dj).
  7. btw vicman the european DJs u listed will probably be on US tour- ferry corsten, avb + tiesto are all going to be playing at glow (they're residents) and i can't see how SK or picotto would pass up NYC or DC...i'm sure picotto had a great time at buzz last june (or was it july?) - it was an insane night for me and my friends - and hopefully will be hitting it up again this year. fingers crossed.
  8. "looks interesting"...if u don't mind going to clubs that close at 2am :/ Rise goes late but like a1wave said, gotta have connections.
  9. it really doesn't have to be a one or the other situation. both.
  10. i never went...and from what i've heard its not really my scene but i do know people who have had a good time there...and its never a good thing when a club shuts down. so...why's it closing?
  11. might say something about how stupid liquor laws are too :/ for anyone under 21 its almost always easier to get drugs than alcohol. i think its a shame. at least european cultures know what's up.
  12. hm...maybe to liven things up u could just cut out the philosophical issues and expand on that threesome u had (+ all the other details these naughty boys and girls want to hear about)
  13. i thought it was a great story. except for maybe the ending...u wanted to rescue the girl but at the same time u don't want to deal with its cause its kind of a hopeless cause. made a nice change from some of the usual posts...and it was well written but i can see how it might put some attention spans to the test
  14. hm....well if its from the horse's mouth i was living in the UK at the time of the movie's release and that (see my last post) was the common interpretation of "trainspotting". not that popular belief is ever right about anything. but i'd be surprised if Welsh hadn't explored this definition also when he chose the title.
  15. or just 'invisible' ear plugs that are cheap enough for everyone to buy...like it is in europe. gotta love all the clubbing products that u can buy over there: cosmetic ear plugs, black-light reactive hair gel, colored hair gels...just to name a few.
  16. supergreg owns. can't wait for the US launch. lol...
  17. "i think i'm gonna barf!"
  18. kinky. whatever turns u on...
  19. http://www.accessatlanta.com/ajc/metro/0102/0101masquerade.html overcrowding sucks.
  20. lol the infamous "tuck".
  21. lol In the movie, trainspotting was a reference to shooting up. Your veins are 'train tracks' and the bumps u get from sticking a needle in one spot too many times is a 'train station'. Hence the name 'trainspotting' for a movie revolving around heroin use. FF
  22. now that's fucked up. sounds like u need to talk to a manager...or the cops.
