k is a very safe substance, i've mixed it with many other drugs as well and done high doses without any harm. i'm a 150 pound male, and have gone as far as to binge (yes addictive, so be careful) 7 grams in 5 days, and felt fine after i slept it off for a night. start slow with k, it's a lot more intense in the beginning, whereas later down the line, it loses its novelty and you're kinda like "oh yeah, i'm in a k-hole" and it takes a whole gram to have any fun. as a respiratory depressant, it's not smart to do with downers, including alcohol.
