He may have been insulted but he understood why i was asking. (different behavior around me when i did see him etc.) I mean we don't hang out 24/7 and since he agreed he had "changed" batting for the other team wasn't the reason. Ok, so you've said your friend has changed the people he hangs with, his style etc. Maybe it's a phase? Like, he is just trying something new out (be it just on the exterior or he really wants to know what the other side is like?) He isn't ready to give specifics so don't push. Just let him know you are there for him when he is ready to talk. He obviously knows which way you sway so I don't think you'll have to worry about him coming on to you if he does admit to being gay (and i think you may be a bit concerned that this may happen). If his actions make you uncomfortable then tell him that. Like i said before, good luck.

Decided I needed to spend a little more time there before this year ends so I'm heading back. Have a good idea (thanks to all the previous trip's suggestions) of where to go. BUT I would appreciate it though, if you hear of anything happening on that specific weekend to keep me posted.

I had a similar situation and i just came out and asked. Maybe he wants attention, maybe he's on something (since you don't give specifics of his "fruity" instances i can only guess). Sounds as if maybe you are uncomfortable with his behavior regardless so maybe you can approach him that way. As in "what's up with you lately?" without sounding like you are scolding. Good luck. Oh, and mine SWORE he wasn't but i told him it didn't matter, we were still buddies etc. I just wanted him to be upfront with me.

We had a FABULOUS time! We got to Crobar for Erick M. on Friday, The Delano Hotel (VERRRRY nIce) & Rain on Sat. (which SUCKED by the way), Tantra and Nikki's on Sunday. We were having such a good time that we never made it to Pearl or Opium which were also on our list to check out. Not to mention our frequent stops into Mango's after tanning on the beach, before leaving for dinner etc.! Raul the bartender is a hottie! LOL To any locals who read this, you can tell him i said so.

Wow, if i had known this while i was there you would DEFINITETLY had come straight to sobe after Space Monday morning! Wish i could be there but have a great one!

Our hotel was quiet (thank god) and we didn't run into any problems throughout our entire stay. Alot of camcorders though! LOL! Everyone was there to have a good time so if there was trouble it might have been in a club or in a hotel on collins or washington. I pity the guests staying there that weren't into the "festival." We agreed to return but on any other weeknd than this if the festival continues.
