I want to hear all your thoughts about Roxy Fridays. Every little detail. Please break down pros/cons. Let me hear about what's good, what's bad...and what THEY need to do to improve. Why do you love going to the club? Why do you not enjoy the club? --What would make Roxy emerge as #1 Fridays 18+ party? No idea is a bad idea! But please first list pros/cons. Thanks, Dave

WHAT HAS BECOME OF ME>? When I first bumped into the club planet message boards I was like "Oh cool, message boards." I could read up every once and awhile -- nothing major. Now I find I've become a message board junkie! I can't stop! I'm checking the board in-between classes, at friends houses, before I go to bed, when I wake up. Before clubs, after clubs. Reloading the pages every 10 minutes... Brilliant me had email confirmations setup because I posted so infrequently. Now that my mailbox has 100's of confirmations from club planet and after battling arthritis from clicking delete, I have decided to no longer receive these wonderful miscreants. This is just crazy! I'm addicted to a freakin Message Board. I find myself on a quest. Slaying popup ads in hopes to reach the promise land. The place that has become my second home. The place I am now proud to call my second home. So give it up club planet, out with the old and in with the new...you're my new friends!..lol -Dave

It is not a secret anymore...the word is getting out!!!! I follow a lot of Europe music magazines, sites, etc... We should all stop bitching and realize the times we are living in! The current battle between nightclubs for the "#1 spot" has brought TONS of international talent the west coast can only dream of. PvD, AvB, Oakie, Corsten, Graham, Ralph, Tiesto, Sasha&Digweed,Lawrence,and on and on and on and on We've been hit with all this talent no longer than January! OPEN YOUR EYES AND ENJOY THE VIBE!!!!!! THIS IS SICK!!!! Have we all taken for granted the experience and variety of styles we are able to hear?!?!?! It's been like a mind trip to various countries..and I haven't even had to pack my bags! -Dave

He's a newbie...can't blame him for trying. But for future reference the people on these boards know the deal. They know about 100's of guest lists and about 50% have promoted before... But a valiant effort at that. -Dave

Their music is soooo "underground" so to speak. I don't even like to use the word "underground" to explain Esthero but that's all that came to mind. I think they have some sick potential, just need to be "tweaked" a bit. I'm looking to start with a mix of ESTHERO>superheros and put that to a really good beat... Anyone have any suggestions? and if you don't know about esthero...download some of their music..very legit. l8er, dave

I'm not talking about those 1-800 #'s but those people who have their own little shop, etc... I know a lot of people who go and they say it's really crazy! Don't put me in the bucket already Although I do not like his music I do believe he does have charisma. Huge difference between charisma and talent. His charisma comes from knowing what to spin, when to spin it, and for whom to spin it for. But I don't want to contaminate this subject with more draper stuff, I think it's finally dieing out! Know this bro..nobody appreciates International talent more than myself. You would think the clubs would put together a lineup with 2/3 DJs from each country spinning. I have respect for Draper. I believe he has charisma. He gives the crowd what they want to hear when they want to hear it. At the same time I do not feel his music is best appreciated afterhours. -dave
