  1. never been to SF, but i have lots of recent Exit Exp... Generally speaking, the best place to met girls is the white room (WACK VIP ROOM), but if thats not your thing, the main dance floor was a good place. From my experience though, i was very unimpressed with the "available, and above a 5 out of 10, females" Literally, in a night with over a thousand people there, and you only see about 5-10 women that are with other girls, and not their guy "friends" That being said, I think Exit was a decent place to meet girls, but emphasis on quality over quantity (looks only) because of the whole "wow, this is my first time at a "techno" club, i cant wait to get back to Hofstra and tell everyone about it!" I only randomly hooked up once at Exit, and it was a wild night... But! I don't go to meet girls anymore, if i want to find a girl, ill go to one of the many "Top 40, hip hop college night" places that are in every metropolitan area. Its a science
  2. i think that was the video for "like this, like that"
  3. yo dude dont sweat it, i feel you i tried to search for the same thing, to try and learn new HOUSE dance moves without having to fucking drive 3 hours and shit... but there really aint shit out there for HOUSE dancing..plenty of b-boy shit, but not much coverage for the many styles OF ACTUALLY DANCING IN TIME TO THE MUSIC...im not hating on b-boys, but i find that the more in time with the music you are, the more "fun" it is, and not a performance...although i seen some b-boys pop and lock in time..but few and far between but to reiterate, i bring my video camera to many parties, for this reason, so keep checkin out the site, theres a nice one coming soon! (from mayflowers on sat - Irene, Aquaviva, Storm)
  4. i make videos of raves on my site ctnrg and i like to film people that dance well, so good dancing clips usally make it to the videos.
  5. how boout shrooms? i want to see city of lost children, heard its crazy but i feel you! Dont tell me you never watchind fear & loathing like this?
  6. i feel mine coming on soon...especially if there's another draper topic
  7. arc is pretty good with flyers i liked the baby on the new years flyers.. soooo if u see a flyer thats clever, go to the party and support the fact that you like it! lol
  8. not really met tooo many people E'd out, but i find that if you bring a casual friend to a club with you, and both do E, chances of hooking up go up 100x...those are the only times i like to roll now! I dont liek doin it for dancing, fucks my body up
  9. i would if i hadnt just seen him... and if exit was getting bigger crowds then dennys
  10. May 10th - Opening of Club 36 - Hartford CT May 17th - May Flowers - Asylum MA (Irene, Aquieva,Storm) May 2th - Arc - Mauro Picotto (Hopefully) May 31st - Tru Dat 2 - Asylum MA (Dave Ralph, DB, John B!!!!!!)
  11. i am so happy you are affliated with a rival of clear channel! thats awesome! i hate them! but about comparing to radio 1..... i dont know if many people realize this, but the UK is socialist, and the radio is subsidized by the government, so they dont have to concentrate as much on advertising revenue in order to operate (at least thats how i understand it) so theres really no way to have that in good ol linkin park/britney/nelly USA
  12. ive seen him twice recently, and he played very funky house...a la kid creme, junior jack, disco balls type stuff.... I loved it
  13. my hero.... (no sarcasm intended)
  14. woah whats up with that haggard pic on the right in your sig... is that some kind of gargoyle?
  15. Not just oaky....timo maas, sasha, the list goes on and on chances are, if they didnt get famous as a producer, there is someone else behind the controls (ie all the legacy DJ's from the early days)
  16. You are right, as was proved by that DVD - funky house owns the "daytime beach massive scene" To me, epic trance or deep house doesnt really work well outside of a club...but funky house - come on now, that shit is made for the beach! fun in the sun! Now that i have come to this realization, i take back my other selection. and matt - if you like that prince/spacecowboy track [space cowboy used to produce under the name Wildchild - remember Renegade Master????] - u need to check out - Space Cowboy - Put Your Hand In Mine Southern Fried records rock the masses
  17. VERY TRUE Its crazy, i keep being amazed!
  18. Is this Space Cowboy - I would Die 4 U (Southern Fried) if so, yes its awesome, and is quite euphoric! I like Kid Creme - Austin's Groove or Grinder - Runaway depends on what kind of set im playing etc... open with one of the millions of mixes of Born Slippy, or even the OG
  19. for an a-list dj, thats a pretty cheeseball flyer
  20. you say that...but this thread as been viewed 600 times..thats a lot of clubgoers..that read these accusations I dont think its coincidence that the Exit party snowballed into crap, especially when a review was posted everytime on here, sayin how crappy it was...at least the previous party had a built in crowd that was immune to bad reviews...but they are gone now...
  21. well theres that..... but theres also that whole - not -quite- jaded yet outlook..... I feel sorry for you guys that live there!
  22. u have to keep downloading the new version i think they do it to keep the casual users confused, so they dont get too big....
