just gotta remember good sound is all subjective, its all preference...but the killer sound systems still stand out..I have yet to hear one blow me away though

i say instead of asking on the internet, make a small investment and have a dj come and set it up for you, tell them a budget and im sure they could help you out...most good dj's know thier equipment well, and from your post, it looks like you could use the help

you will probably want to use acid for that project, it automatically syncs all your samples but....it "think" its possible to change the speed without altering the pitch to a very small extent..not sure exactly how because my computer wont let me load SF at the moment..but its similar to the way new turntables have that feature that can raise and lower speed without altering pitch i forget what the fuck its called....but either way its usally not a great idea for vocals

i think it would be intresting to have 2 different tables, it would probably help you out in the long run....your home setup is a place to learn, so learn as much as you can by having as much variety as possible

Well it depends on what your distorted version of hard house is there is US Hard House - Venom, Irene, Bam Bam etc..which is def not something you would hear JP play UK Hard House - BK, Nick Sentience, Andy Farley..not quite popular here, also something JP would never play and then there is "Hard House" - what the idiots that don't know the proper label for "techno" is, when they hear someone like JP or JV play something really hard
