Alright - I need some help with a health question. For years now I've been taking Advil before bed after a night of drinking. It's great for chasing away hangovers. But I've recently read that it's really bad to do this - something about your liver and stomach lining and such. Does anybody know if this is true? Have any better "before bed" hangover remedies? Thanks guys.
