I used to post on the Boston forum alot... 'it's alrite, I probably wouldn't remember me either'(American Beauty) I won't be there for PvD because I'll be back home for Christmas break It's gonna be one of my last Chrismas home for a while so I figured I'd chill there most of the time. I was walking to class this morning and saw this one dude slip and his feet went about as high as his head, then nearly landed on his head. Then this girl comes and is like "are you alrite, lemme help you up" and that dumb bitch did the same thing. I was crying from laughing so hard and am still laughing hours later It's not wrong to laugh my ass off when somone slips on ice and busts their ass, is it? This isn't new... the idea and models have existed for quite some time but oil companies always buy them out, for obvious reasons of course but still what a bunch of selfish bastards... think of how much cleaner everything would be.

I posted this on another board but wanted to see if any of you knew anything about this... Ok, my school recently cracked down on pirated mp3s and made everyone delete them... even seized a few of the major offenders' computers. Obviously with single tracks that are on an artists album, legally you must buy the album to have the rights to own the mp3. However, does anyone know how these laws apply to live sets? My thinking is that since they are usually just recorded at the venue or via internet radio, and most aren't available to purchase on a CD for example, it would be ok to have them as the artist can control who records his sets. Anyone have any concrete ruling on this? Thanks.
