LP understands that the music business is changing and so is music itself...but to take something totally left field and put the future of your club behind it is not something that ANY club owner would do...you start off with a small deterrant...then when the people take it...you bring in more...and more...and soon enough they evolve into a crowd that is into a new type of electronic music. if i were stryke..however...i would go one night to maze ... go ask marcus to talk to him privately in the bathroom...hit him over the head with a stack of records...and go back to the booth and mix:D you would see that place light up instantly! now...with a new club...thats what they need something new...or different...and i think stryke would fit the bill for them. just my 2 (more like 20) cents Carlos;)

like i said..they just need a place to party...girls are not a problem..there are DOZENS of places on the beach hot ass girls i am really good friends with go to just because they feel that there isnt a good big place to party anymore...so they hit the smaller clubs...like honey, static, goddess, reserve, and such...and yes many of them like hiphop but most actually like trance/house too because it is great dancing music. If Mazegirl gave me a legit shot at helping over there at the club i could pack that place with hot ass sorority chicks..being in a fraternity is a definite plus when looking to go to a club with hot girls...i usually take three or four of them anyhow when i go out with my friends...its not that it sux to go with just one person..but groups usually have much more fun at places like clubs cause everyone can get crazy...and some funny ass memories and friendships are made...take the cp people for example..nuff said. one of my fraternity brothers by the way already does the whole packing clubs in with his fraternity and other sororities...he hits up a club on SoBe with alot of backing and gets them their numbers...man i wish i remember the clubs name..i only went once for my birthday and i got so piss drunk someone had to drive me home with me hanging upside down in my backseat feelin like a ton of bricks hit me every five seconds :blown: in the words of Stryke...Paz!

Simple: A) You speak to us and do your weekly "review" of how Laudy is...mad pigeons...great venues...yet cheesy music. You have the Maze logo as your avatar Why not put 2 and 2 together and try and get laudy people to go to maze? they have an AWESOME venue, out of sight lighting and sound, and great people at the door...im sure the drinks are probably priced good too...i dont get how you can keep going to space or places like that...with a venue like Maze trying to mark its territory...and not speak of it like you speak of laudy. sorry to say but im sure Maze has more potential than any of those clubs up in Laudy....and everyone knows that the hottest chicks are in SoBe/Miami...they just need a place to party thats all;) did that help? if not pm me..peace

I dont mean to step on your toes man...but who cares what goes on in laudy down here? Dont get me wrong..i am sure by what u and your friends say about Start Bar, Voodoo...and all those other places , that they are hot..no doubt. But come on...if it was that good, why do you have to constantly tell everyone in an effort to: A: have us go and see what you are saying B: prove that Miami/SoBe clubs are in trouble? Think about it...you know how this business runs right? im sure that if you put half the (applaudable) effort into promoting a club like Maze to say...people in Laudy...it would be a whole new ballgame down there..why dont you tell people up there in Laudy to come to Maze?? you tell us to go up there to laudy just to fill up a club that plays cheese half the time? and Maze is an awesome club that really just needs people to fill in the place...great music...EVERYTHING.
