  1. how could you not dance to it should be the question asked. When roger s dropped it his first night at crobar i was on the floor dancing to it with a select few cause it was early in the night. When Hector Romero played at spirit when he was with satoshi tomiie he played it as well and the crowd was moving.
  2. since shes been gone since friday ive beenn a madman on the floor and will be back to my old tricks for a few months. Yo al can i make a request if you can fit it in your set. Is that song i said hector romero played at 2003 wmc and you had it on a live mix something with a female voice saying "FALLING FOR YOU".
  3. Holy crap what a party indeed, all races, ages, sizes, under one roof doing waht the big rooms are missing "DANCING" literally everybody was dancing and only sat down when there were circles or resting. LOUIE VEGA, KENNY DOPE, TODD TERRY, MELVIN MORRE, LITHIUM, JIMMI SKI, SHANNON "WHICH WAY" SHA and some others who i cant place to mind right now. EMAN n LOLA served up some great beats and TERRY blew the roof off. Always a pleasure dancing it up with ARGDIESEL. All the house dancers were there doin there thing. Great night and now im tired, have to be up at 8am but will be happy all day thanks to this party no matter how tired i am. "HOUSE IS A FEELING AND IF YOU DONT FEEL IT, IT CANT BE HOUSE" CARL COX "HOUSE IS MORE THAN A WORD, MORE THAN A SOUND, MORE THAN FOUR BEATS PER MEASURE. HOUSE IS YOU, THE ONE READING, WRITING, LISTENING TO IT, DANCING, DJING, PRODUCING AND LOVING IT" DJ PIERRE
  4. Thats right the creator of ACID HOUSE in the 80' DJ PIERRE (nathaniel jones) will be spinning on friday MAY 20TH at TEMPLE's main floor along with (jt donaldson, lance de sardi). Should be a great night indeed.
  5. I heard that they were there letting boris open up for them since they never heard him b4. Anyhow they fell asleep and were woken up by the cops, hehe. j/k. I hope.
  6. there like lil shot glasses that glow in the dark kinda like glowsticks, the liquor is kinda sweet. I may not drink but i had to try this when i saw it last month.
  7. Looks like i will be treated to some hector beats after all this month.
  8. check out the other body n soul dj DANNY KRIVIT this sunday at 718 sessions and you will be with the same crowd, go to LOVE to hear JOE CLAUSSELL every few weeks and same crowd same vibe. But put them all together and something magical happens.
  9. thast francois k style at deepspace, h gives you everything from HOUSE, TECH HOUSE, TECHNO, DRUM N BASS, HIP HOP, REGGAE, DUB, ABSTACT and makes it all fit. When teh ip hop and drum n bass comes on though i sit down and take a break myself, glad you had fun. I love it how sometimes he will go from a deephouse track and then boom bang out a beauty ofa techno song.
  10. it is truly and incredible party, havent been to it in few though, more than likely will begoin there on the 16th. Hey if your free tomorrow night come thru to sapphire.
  11. from what i know it was MIKE CONSTANTI opening up then CEVIN FISHER and then ADAM FREEMER. Heard great things bout mikes set heard similar reviews bout CEVIN as well and ADAM is so versatile that he usually pleases everones style. I remember hearing him open for behrouz and that was amazing.
  12. back in the 80s CHICAGOS MUSIC BOX with RON HARDY use to have parties for 72hrs straight and he was the only dj. And also back in the 80s the paradise garages final party weekend was 2 days i believe and the SAINT closing party was just as long. And NO to answer your question there is no place that is open for 24rs straight.
  13. timo mass at cielo on thurs, but will pass that and go to sin sin to hear bassboy n deepspell or maybe go afterwards.
  14. haha at shaka, but im from bushwick.
  15. I hear hes a nice guy in person but a dick online so i figured i would stoop to his level THIS ONE TIME ONLY.
  16. opens at 6pm but by 9pm the party is in full force and everyone is covered in sweat just like it should be. Def come thru one of these months.
  17. I dont even know what fuel is lol. And im talkng bout nyc at clubs, lofts, bars, lounges.
  18. wut are you talking bout theres like 5 parties that are after hrs on weekends, and some during the week. Theres a saying SOme of thebest parties are the ones that are not on a messageboard. In this city there is at least 4 to 5 parties every night of the week more on certain nights. Seek them out and meet different people and you will see for yourself.
  19. youve got to be kidding me that some of you people take fsn seriously. its not about goin out every night its about loving somthing with a passion. Like im sure you have something in your life that you do cause you love it and defend it. I heard bout that movie but havent seen it nor do i plan to. And life is what you make of it and in which world you choose to live in. of course anyone who buys music and pays for parties keep the scene alive, but its those that dont leave it that continue to make it grow to other people as well. And like i told spragga im just defending something i love with a passion for something ive loved for a very very long time. And im only whining about things that bother me just like your whining bout me.
  20. And spirit saved a lot of the money to improve thier soundsystem and bring in real talent while getting rid of jp and his army.
  21. i heard its because you couldnt get laid with your non dancing skills at clubs. And now you just wait for drunk messes at bars. And i also laugh at how some people my age (24) and younger think about the culture or "clubbing" in general. Its stupid and childish and shows the inexperience of people who think that people in thier 30,40s,50s cant be part of the culture or go out and have fun. And also the people who say once im in my late 20 im gonna stop, blah, blah, etc shows that this is only a temporary hobby for you. For millions of other people its a real lifestyle till the day they die. And those are the people who keep the SCENE alive.
