good to read it was great MAX. I was suppose to be at this but wed an thur really wore me down.

you must be very proud of yourself, first time getting some is a good thing.

First off the crowd was the best crowd danny has played for at ROXY,IKON, but nowhere near CIELOS crowd when he rocked it there a few weeks ago. I figured since BOTH jp and boris were both playing how could the crowd be wrong, and boy was i right. Walked inside to find lawler playing some nice deephouse to being things. Lil by lil he picked it up and i enjoyed his whole set. Only problem i had was some peeps whispering to me if i knew if he was gonna play harder,sheesh its not about hard, its about soul. As the hrs went by the crowd was getting more and more into it from my perspective and more and more crowded. Seems like everyone was dancing and jumping all over the place and having fun. Found all my cool peeps and just worked the dancefloor away. Although there was some points where me and some other old 6 hubert street peeps just stood by the booth and waited to the crowd cleared out a bit cause it was very crowded and we all take up a lot of space to dance when its like 20 of us who all get down hard. Anyhow steve lawler was great and my opinion and there were like only 8 tracks thurout his set that i didnt like. I gave steve like a 7 out of 10 Dt gets on and right away from the first track he plays the night felt like his musical selection wasnt goin to be like his previous nights there and it felt like 6 hubert street for a while. Dont know what else to say about DT on a great night that hasnt been said b4, the man is the greatest dj in the world(imo) and proved it again. From his track selections to his energy in the booth to his mixing style even his train wrecking WHICH SHOWS THE MAN IS HUMAN AND NOT USING A COMPUTER TO BE ERROR PROOF cause whast the fun in that. Got to meet OVRDOSE and that was a treat hope you had fun, from what i saw you and your friend were. My personal highlight of the night was meeting ROBERT OWENS, the greatest VOCALIST in the history of HOUSE. Basically really no complaints of the night at all, best time i ever had at roxy. Lots of cool people were in the building for the party and i had blast.

i finally made it home and no way am i in condition to do ANYTHING for the next couple of days. DT/LAWLER, amazing, food,family fun, sin sin amazing and tiring, now SLEEPY finally.

no fights at roxy and i was there from 1030pm(opening) till 945am(a bit after closing).

what are you talking about? And i dont practice cause i dont need to prove anything to anybody. And cielo will be hot at 12am indeed but i will be at roxy from openingtill closing. So if ya wanna be in the same floor now you know whee im at. And cmon man CHALLENGING people wus with that dude. Are you finally happy you dont trip on the floor anymore while trying to dance.

Until rudy or kitty i dont recall now said that it was sooooooo packed in their that no on coud move and that mask and edwin tried looking for ya but were gonna leave to crobar since they couldnt find a. dt and lawler at roxy indeed. Wow maybe now i get to meet exit24e. Also the crowd will be awesome since most of the problems errr people will be at spirit and crobar.

wurd osunlade is defintely some talent, he has a monthly at cielo on a thurs shaggief, lets be out. And yeah arie( lightman/dj from arc)l was flashing on me and my friend rissa for a while it was scary lol. I defintey missed hearing the man with the screams. Its just not the same without him. And disk i dunno exactly who was spinnin since theres always guest djs on both floors. But dont go thinkin im talkin about hr and hrs of tech beats, just like 1 or 2 songs here and there of each style.

cleveland was good and so were the dancers in the basement i agree. But i dontthink it wil be focused on that. Also if it really talks about the aftrhrs history then im sure it must mention the garage,the loft, the gallery, the sanctuary, the s.f.(original)shelter, and have a lot of interviews as well with people who were part of it and made night life. Theres also gotta be a mentioned of junior vasquez im sure. AHHHHH lemme stop To some people soundfactory and jp is all they know and think its the greatest ever , so be it then. Got out of work at 4pm and then went to a rehersal with my g/f who is model/ballet dancer.Being surrounded by so many beautiful woman is always a plus. Then went to DEEP at 6pm for the 718 sessions. Danced my ass off met so many new cool people. ANd discovered a new dj i gotta hear again and again andagain : OSUNLADE, what a talent with the deep house and tribal, afro cuban latin beats. And of course DANNY KRIVIT being the master behind the decks that he is.And sharing the floor with so many producers, djs, singers. Left around 1130 and made it over to le souk cause i was so energized by deep and got my fix of TRIBAL, PROGRESSIVE,DEEP and TECH HOUSE with so many LOCAL TALENT behind the decks. Danced until about 330 when i left cause i was done.An if anybody hears of a SOUNDFACTORY girl who i cant recall her name now dancing with me and getting videotaped at lesouk please pass me the info. She was hot,real boos, and danced her ass off, much respect. Hopefully everyone else had a great sunday as well. Weather it was clubbing or whateve else ya did. Im just so happy right now and wanted to share. Maybe to many beats got to my head lol who knows.

are you kidding me? the sound system is terrible, IMO of course.It was only at the howells tenaglia party that it was finally done right. And it was made to be a roller ink and thats what it still is. Not one of my fave places to party. But like i always say if you love a dj so much then you go whereever he plays. And let me not even being about the lighint in that place. But all that is second to the music.
