DJ Apotheosis @ Carnival (Wed 9/29/04) The "Happy Hour to Midnight Hour" monthly continues @ Carnival! An amazing spot located at 159 Houston and corner Allen street Anybody down? last months party at BRITE BAR was fun, also MIKES a very good guy and dj this could be a great warm up for any party afterwards, and i will suggest many parties for everyone to go to afterwards. Dont know if i will join ya though cause i will be exhasuted from CIELO on tues. So whos down? And mike is it upstairs or downstairs?

let me rephrase CROBAR is not necessarily my style but when they have a great DJ like the S MAN ROGER SANCHEZ most house music heads do show up and work the floor from opening till closing, myself included hehe. Although we still are beaten in like 10% music heads nd 90% non music heads, SIGH. Hey OLD T honestly if theres 3 parties i would love for you to see it would be on the 2nd for hector and roger sanchez as well as one day SHELTER, so keep them in mind and if your free come on down.

oh yeah once in a while theres about 2 private invite only loft parties in the neighborhood that brng in great local ad international talent from time to time.

pvd@ IKON and possibly DJ VIBE somewhere as well not to sure yet also waiting for confirmation. And of couse SHELTER should have some great lineup for 24 hrs like last yr.

I HATE THE MEAT PACKING DISTRICT. Everythig thats wrong with the world is in that neigborhood. The best in that area was FILTER 14(R.I.P.) but now it us CIELO. Cause while cielo crowd is usually full of people from that area they attract the best talent when it comes to HOUSE MUSIC and that does bring out some hardcore music heads. APT is a close second and RARE on certain nights as well. Most of the other clubs there cater to BOTTLES n MODELS, PRANCERS NON DANCERS, basically overly dress peeps who think their special and dont know how to dance and could care less what place their at as long as its the "NEW HOT SPOT" at the moment.

it all depend on what your looking for?, if your looking for GREAT music and people who care about djs then OCT 22nd at SULLIVAN ROOM HECTOR ROMERO will be there.On on the 23rd RGER SANCHEZ will be at crobar. Most people who tell you whatshot are usully only promoters trying to sell their party. Im not a promotr but i do share my love for HOUSE and DANCE. So if your lookin for more of a good time and dont really care about music then listen to eerybody else.

i havent turn on KTU for the longest time maybe almost 2 yrs now. Only time i do listen to it is if im not out and i catch david morales set.Cause he actually plays more like his old ways on the radio then he does LIVE at least i NYC that is. RADIO sucks everybody knows. All day long i hear cds, records, tapes,and internet is a great way to hear some goo dmusic as well.
