it's really cool to meet people & that's always welcomed, but i can do w/o long conversations....w/exceptions of course.

first off, i don't like the dancefloor set-up; the size and shape are awkward. when the place is pretty full you can't move very well and dance. i spend more time bumping into people. i like more dark and gritty 'underground'-type clubs than the pretty & nice ones where people dance in heals.

jovanls400: take it as a compliment that they thought you were gay. I love to dance w/gay guys because they're usually really awesome dancers and they just go for it and dance w/no inhibitions. My straight guy friend agreed that he likes to dance w/gay guys too LOL because of this reason.
From a female's perspective, I don't think the girls were hating on you b/c you weren't picking them up. They were probably just taking notice to your skills.

..and i'd have to agree that function was the spotlight of last night. as a whole, jeff mills' set was a disappointment.

there are a couple of dj gabriels. is this gabriel (epic trance) or the russian psy dj?...probably the first choice since victor will be spinning. def going to see them unless spirit is def. opening...not going to miss out on that experience

I'd say skip exit..even though it's badboybill, unless you can have fun without needing to feel 'a vibe' from the people around you; be there flat out for the music. What genre of music are you and your friends looking for?...then I could give you some suggestions.

doesn't shaving give you bumps? i like waxing b/c it doesn't. i wouldn't get lasered---probably not healthy. waxing actually doesn't hurt me. there's a little pain in the beginning but after the first pull it's not so bad for me. it depends also on how gentle the wax is. the place where i go to, uses really good wax made for sensitive skin and it actually doesn't hurt.

came back from a psytrance party last night. Jason (Subtle Chaos, Spectra) was throwing some niiiice tracks down...soooo good. tribal feel, some techy
talked to a friend of mine about the tsunami party at limelight and it's funny because he was one of the djs spinning at that party.

yea there's a following but a small one most def. i don't go to clubs for psytrance.--the occurrence of it being spun at 'a club' anyway is a rare one.

psytrance is not the same as goa trance. and there are psytrance parties, pretty much it's what is underground right now cause there's a small following. and they won't ever be at a commercial place like exit or limelight anytime soon lol.
