Does anyone have any suggestions on a health club in NYC?....preferably located on the UWS (around W.60s & Central Park West/ Lincoln Square area), that offers a lot of classes (kickboxing a plus). thanks. Any recommendations would be cool too.
who cares if it was britney or not. leave the girl alone. plus there's really nothing interesting about her. I think she looks like an average girl who has lucked out with an amazing promo, PR group.
yo, i can't believe i just thought about this right now but you may not have class because monday is columbus day. i know my school is closed and for some reason i just realized this now....
Tsunami was a party thrown at vinyl last saturaday lol. Btw, what a crrraaaazy party! The limelight space is going to be open just a lil' over a week...I have a flyer so it's not word-of-mouth bs. And yea, it's called Avalon. peace.

That crazy atmosphere is in the past....it's even difficult to get a cabaret license in nyc today. I agree w/you though that all-out parties would be phat.
the protein shake that i use has 50g of whey protein & 0-2g of carbs (depending on flavor), and it actually tastes good. I mix it w/water, to save calories, and it kind of tastes like chocolate milk..:screwy.....seriously it tastes good. do you think girls should take in 1g of protein per pound? When considering this, I can drink two shakes and 20 more grams and get all of my protein lol. peace.
yo element...what gym do you go to? I only know of gyms that f* you by making you pay a 'one-time fee' in order to pay monthly w/no contracts (but in actual, there are always contracts). 30 a month is awesome. thanks.
ghhhhost, don't be so hard on the kid. A lot of ppl share silverbull's view. It's chill that you can overlook the dance clones and have fun--in all seriousness. For some of us, phat dancing makes our nights.

By the way, I see more people stylin' designers than urbanwear or 'baggy pants.' Just to note...the big clothes are nice to wear because it's more comfortable and more fluid when you dance. It's just like choosing to wear kicks. peace.
