Hey do you need anymore dj's for this event? Reason being is that O-town is my home town and i will definitely be there that weekend for my friends b-day. I would love to play for the miami cp peeps on my home turf and show that orlando has great house...not just breaks contact me and let me know SS:D

Better than jacuzzi sex... I would sit out, with my legs in the water while getting head and my girfriend would get a nice "massage" from the jets...simply incredible and for some reason i could quickly "recover" after head, than intercourse...so we'd take it back into the bedroom and go even longer I highly suggest this for a lil romantic foreplay not to mention lasting longer when you take it back to the bedroom.

Hi everyone, I'll be spinning at the Hard Rock Cafe in early November for the SEMA show...I'll be there for a couple of days and was wondering what clubs and or events should i check out while there. ] Any ideas? thanks, SS

props to pod... i thought my post was long enough to say anything bout the re-issue...definitely some wishlist material for myself and most any dj's. But as you posted:The UREI-1620 rotary DJ mixer was prized not really for it's clean signal...as a matter of fact, the UREI in it's original form isn't 100% accurate. It was prized for giving the low end an extra push, as well as warming up harsh mids and hights. This is due to the circuitry which gave it a slight compression characteristic, which i had mentioned. Also at its time of introduction and life of sale, you have to admit it definitely had the best s/n ratio available...very low noise for the technology at the time and at the time extremely high output signal. I love this tech talk...especially about dj gear great conversation! SS

the old uri's are or have been an industry standard, especially in the club invironment for many years. The major reason is that it was superbly CLEAN. Uri was a company that only manufactured extremely high quality studio recording gear, later became Universal Audio (UA) and now owned and licensed by Mackie. This is high quality gear engineered and designed for the best by the best. They lack alot of features thats why you see them used today with external band eq's on each channel for freq. sweeping and external efx processors. But at the time they were out, they were definitely at the peak of technology. Crobar uses one and almost every big club uses them due to there cleanliness and the fact that i metioned above...they are industry standard...just like finding 1200's in the booth...again industry standard...and of course house dj's absolutely love the rotary controls to mix and tweak! one more thing is that the circuitry gave the sound a slight compression, giving that extra luster that you can get from a uri and have an even consistent sound. i use uri & ua gear in the studio i work at and they are all extremely expensive because they are all vintage and highly sought after...if you find one BUY IT! SS

i've been hearing bout something coming out from Technics...but i had no idea it would be something like this! All you gear heads...have you heard about the Numark decks... supposedly it is a similar idea but it can still play vinyl like a TTX1 with a built in CD player and FS technology I can't wait for what is coming out...it'll probly hit the market hard after the SEMA show in Vegas in November...which i will be spinning at this year. i don't do anything, but coke and g is the best combo i've found...almost the same as with alcohol but more intense and it seems to make the coke last longer with a much better end...no harsh drop off as with coke alone we call it GNC down here E should not be mixed...especially with coke! this is just stuff i've heard...i don't really know i don't do these bad things.

i know im asking for trouble by asking about hip hop on here, but... i have a client at my recording studio i work for, that is a hip hop programmer and he is looking to go out tonite with his girlfriend. looking for a classy crowd, he's a lil' older...i would like to tell him where to go and possibly get him taken care of if possible... so please if anyone knows of or is involved in any hip hop clubs in miami this weekend, please help me out with some info thankyou in advance SS so far i've heard menage? and club deep?...possibly space?

Glad to come out last night and throw down, meet some new faces and see some familiar ones too. I hope i get to play for you guys again, if you liked what you heard. I was sick last night and still am, but fortunately nothing a couple of Heinikens, good people and great tunes couldn't take care of.
