alright, good ideas, lets plan it out. i know there is some restaurants and a wet willies as well as others down at coconut grove...i think this is a good location cause its between the beach, lauderdale and cuba...i mean you south miami peeps. plus one of my favorite restaurants TuTu Tango' is there along with many other nice restaurants and bars. And its friggin beautiful, i can kick some serious game under the stars and lighted trees;) So Pm me or keep this running...lets get a date to get things crackalackin SS:D

Alright, this is just an idea... recent posts have shown that there are a large number of cp single who would like to meet others. with it being proven that the club thing is not alway effective and not exactly a great setting, i propose that those of us who wish to meet other singles should plan a night out for maybe dinner and some drinks during the week. that way it would be a bit more intimate and we can actually talk and meet without yelling...also it will take out the element of knowing whether or not somone is single and looking...im not exactly saying we'll make love matches, but instead maybe meeting new ppl who may introduce you to others and expand our options. Oh and it could also be a reeason to just have some food and drinks with some cool ppl. WHAT'S YOUR VIEW ON THIS IDEA? SS:D

all day i''ve been recovering from last nights festivities at Nerve and going out tonite was totally not a possibility for me. so after waking from a 2 hour power nap...i am completely ready to go out and party to my own surprise. i just sat down to look up cp and played some random tunes on my comp. that have me hooked for action tonite David-Gus Gus and then Vision-Slam These 2 tracks could get anyone on their feet begging for more! so the ? is where is the party tonite and who's coming with me? SS:D

i had a great time...perhaps too much of a great time cause im paying for it today. great vibe, great crowd...definitely had fun with the cp-ers and the new ones i met lee was great, but i kind of expected more...no disrespect to him or the club, but it was'nt as spectacular as it was played up to be. i might have easily gone there not even knowing burridge was on the decks, again no disrespect just my opinion. Thankyou Nerve for offering the open bar, but i'd rather pay and get a real drink, as i did. Fun crowd and fun setting kept me in a good mood all night...I would go back. SS:D

Not off hand, but you have the address for alpha 102 n orange ave and thee grotto is right next door to the right... actually they join the chairs and tables outside on the sidewalk together of the two places at night... so they're practically connected together. SS

Coinsidence, i was going to tell you about this when i first read your post and you asked for DnB and said you'd be in orlando... I grew up in orlando and moved to miami about 6 months ago. i know these guys at alpha very well, as matter of fact i went to high school with them and even did some parties together. Alpha is a small place with a huge vibe. Kevin(Circle K) definitely knows his DnB and brings in some of the best artists, producers and dj's in the scene. They call themselves the Torque crew and even have put out some tracks of their own. They've had the longest running nights O-town has seen. I think some other friends of mine will play on monday...Appartus=Stereo Storm Trooper and Glitch...Don't miss this. You have to understand that mostly anything good in Orlando are small venues that are very intimate but very vibey...it's extremely easy to meet and talk to ppl ...at least compared to miami. We (Orlando) started and headed the rave scene in the states but got hit hard with "anti rave" laws, which then made everything smaller...which was kinda good. Orlando is a college town so the big clubs cater to that crowd (the dressed up keg parties). Its fun to go to Tabu, Icon, Roxy, Cairo,Wall Street, Antigua and Blue Room, but the music is not always great...cheap drinks and most places will be 18+ for the college crowd. Best thing to do is just club hop, downtown o-town is small and everything is in a 1/2 mile radius all walking distance so check it out. Let the dj's crank it as loud as they f-ing want You know why? There should be a limiter on the system as well as each freq. band... period! I can't believe you don't have a limiter on such a powerful and expensive system. Not just to limit the sound output but to protect your damn investment...that's simply ridiculous! Like a sports car with no brakes...and no seatbelt! Seriously, I know what im talking about...i previously did pro sound design, install and sales for both Mars & Sam Ash. BTW...Im just curious, do they not have SPL laws down here? It does'nt seem so, or they don't enforce them. In orlando, guys would come into the clubs with their SPL meters and fine us on the spot. After a certain number, there could be some major fines...could even affect liq. lic too:eek: SS:D

Alright, so im finally up and showered and ready to conquer the world, even though i spent the past 5 hours starring mindlessly at the ceiling. I just want to convay what a great time i had last night with everyone. That really was a special treat for me. Great to meet some new ppl and see some familiar ones too. Although everyone was having fun, i still would like to appologize to those who ended up baby sitting me:D thankyou to crzyc, shroomy, monica, ana marie, and who ever else that was watching over me (geez, as if listing all my caretakers doesn't makes me look anymore pathetic).
