i feel like im in bizzaro world all of the sudden. every two seconds down in miami i heard the pump up the jam song and im thinking why the fuck are they playing this shit. the song was never good, the and remix isn't any better. now i come back and everyone is going crazy about it. i feel like im taking crazy pills!!!!

i def don't think they work in the subway. reception cuts out when you go under an overpass sometimes.

i've noticed that ever since i started to seriously work out i haven't really gotten sick in the past three years. i guess somehow your immune system is effected or made stronger, but im not gonna complain. besides that just pop a multivitamin in the morning to make sure you get your vit c which is major, and also it's not a bad idea to take echinechea (sp??) i heard, my roomie used to swear by it, although i don't take it and have been fine.

true but not necessarily for post workout. you wanna down some whey mixed preferably with water so your body can absorb it quicker. i know speaking from a guy's perspective that we wanna get about a gram per pound of body weight or so protein (or even more) to achieve gains, but for girls since you're not looking to bulk up i don't know what the advatages would be there. i would think if you wanna just stay lean and nice and tone just do some light weights, cardio, and watch what you eat.

i always get more ripped after about a day of being on vacation. dancing your ass off and barely eating def does wonders for your abs. and im def sick of dieting as well, gonna try a quick bulk and then cut again hopefully before the summer hits after i get back from miami.

and those shitholes they call motels are even worse. stayed there only two times, one time the motel wasn't that bad, considering if you sat down on the toilet your knees were hitting the sink. but at least it was clean. second motel was absolutely horrid, smelled like awful ass as soon as we walked in, tried opening some windows to make things better cause we thought it was just a smell, no luck. stains on the matress the whole deal, lol, ended up sleeping on top of some towels.
