  1. Than how do u explain the fact that after JP left that club practically went dead? I went there a couple or times after they replaced him, not only on regular nights but on special events like their themed parties (which were packed probably over capacity when JP was spinnin') and there were hardly 300 people there well maybe 500 if it was a "good" night

  3. Just go to Vic first and than to Boris. That's what I'm gonna do and I'm a pretty hot chick Deff skip Junior he hates girls if he sees too many of them in a club he'll start playing shitty -- I wouldn't even call THAT music -- noise
  4. OK here's the deal (i'm not trying to be one of those "reliable sources" just wanna help out people who really wanna know). SF opens up in march april tops. The new owners (Yes they also own Disco) wanna keep the name but nobody knows yet if the government will let them. Anyway SF, or whatever they choose to call it, the space on 46th st will reopen very soon. Exacta and Boris will have a permanent residency there. Erick will play there whenever he comes to NY. The only problem is that they won't do afterhours. At least not in the beginning, so don't get too excited PS JP will not be playing there. I heard he's been begging the new owners to hire him but they refused
  5. Listen, Tiesto is not for NYC. Period. He might be the # 1 DJ in the world but not here in New York. We are used to more underground hard beats. Don't get me wrong, I used to love Tiesto, PVD, Oakenfold, etc... when I was younger, but now they just don't do it for me. Too comercial and too trancy. It's played out. Good luck in europe tiesto! You belong there
  6. I spoke to Erick a couple of days ago, he said it's gonna be a 12 hour set 12am - 12pm. So wear comfortable shoes people and prepare yourselfs for an incredible party
  7. St Petersburg, Russia
  8. the only reason i don't have a lot of posts is because i actually have a LIFE so i don't spend most of my time posting on message boards. i happenned to be friends with boris and one of the owners of crobar so i know what the deal is..... just answered the question
  9. You're wrong..... Boris is still a resident @ Crobar, he's playing there every other saturday as a metter effect he'll be spinning there this saturday
  10. Didn't SF have the exact same flyer like 4 years ago???
  11. wow this shit is scary. I live on 36th and 10th. Now i'm gonna be scared to leave my house by myself
  12. I went to like 8 clubs last night including Spirit and Discotheque. Crobar was by far better than the rest of them. Boris gets better and better everyime I hear him. Too bad they had to close early PS JP was so bad we left like 30 minutes after we got there. Didn't even finish the bottle
  13. I'm blonde and clean and deff gonna be there tom morning thre are some cute girls there usually. you'll like it
  14. yes junior is a genious nobody can argue with that one and if he WANTS he can throw the sickest parties. the problem is that that happens very rearly, most of the time he's track selection is so bad that it feels like he just wants everyone out as soon as possible. he might be a genious but his moodiness makes him one of the worst dj's out there
  15. I admit that Erick's residency at Crowbar would be a great idea. But if that doesn't work out WHAT"S WRONG WITH THE 618 W46th????? It'b big enough to fit Erick's fans, the layout of that club is amaizing, it's nothing like any other club in NYC. So why not???
  16. Discotheque, 19th between 5th and 6th, opens at 5am. different DJs every night, most of them are really good like Boris, Merrit, Morillo, Cleveland, Exacta, Whitmore.....when it comes to music u can never miss with that place. Although the club itself needs a magor face lift
  17. Valentine's day 2004 deff one of the best parties i've ever been to. closed it down around 7pm. haven't missed one of his parties ever since can't wait for sunday Erick is the best
  18. Actually she's a girl and she's dating one of the owners of Crobar
  19. What's happenning to all the club-related forums? first JPE got shut down, now the same thing happened to NCC
  20. so not true. you don't have to be a crackhead to like jp. i don't do drugs and i still think he's great. i know you 're gonna say that i probably haven't heard any real dj's. trust me i have. and i'm not saying that jp is the best dj in a world some of the world class dj's are def better than him. but the guy has a huge following doesn't that proof that he is good?
