hmmm i voted A cause B is a requirement anyway. if B wasn´t given i wouldn´t be talking to her in the first place. it´s other things than a hot body that make ANY girl special. but a hot body is just required, otherwise i´m not even interested in getting to know the person better. why waste your time with ugly people when you can also spend it with physically attractive people?

edit: forgot to add why i chose A over C and D. i think a person that is interested in poetry, romance and philosophy in general is a very sensual person overall, cause the person is more in touch with him/her-self and probably thinks more about him/her-self and others than the person from case C for example.
