WHERE THE FUCK IS TURNMILLS!?

:cuss:

and i agree that this list is fucked up....for one, Godskitchen is not an actual club, but a party at Code in Birmingham

Gatecrasher isnt an actual club anymore either

Camden Palace is primarily a punk rock club

and Ministry of Sound is way too high....above Fabric?!

Exit at number 8?!

woohoo # 86 yeah!

86. Vibe – Hartford, CT

but yeah, who knows where this list came from, theres no way to compare clubs, they each have their strong/weak points, and the weight of each of those points differs from one person to the next

Yeah, and just look at their charts.

TIESTO!

RIVA!

IIO!

 Yeah, ok. These guys are, at best, half-assed with their reviews and what not. Anyoneone who considers Groovejet and Vinyl "Superclubs" needs to lay off the drugs and be re-introduced to the merry land of sobriety for a sec.

Did i mention it's the Utopian eXperience? Wooooooooo!

You know, its pretty funny when I see you guys castrate Centro-Fly for being '#4' because you just... don't like it.

Bottom line is folks, Centro-Fly is world reknowned, very recognized, and has an incredible reputation amongst the global dance community.

Its a phat space, its not atypical to any club out there and it has over the years booked the best house genre talent that exists.

Why is this so hard to believe? Even if #4 is exaggerated, top 10 isn't.

Centro-Fly was in the top 5 of North America this year in Dance Star.

You might not like it, you might love it, but think globally for a minute and you'll get the picture.

big, but no vibe whatsoever

2. Space – Ibiza, Spain

the greatest club on earth!

4. Centro-Fly – New York, NY

i'm a big fan.

5. Amnesia – Ibiza, Spain

i had a great time, but they practiced some really shady business and lost a lot of their summer weeklies (e.g. GK) to a shithole like eden

6. Zone – Amsterdam, Netherlands

:)

7. God’s Kitchen – London, UK

NOT A CLUB YOU MORONS!

8. Exit – New York, NY

Blech!

10. Cream – Montreal, Canada

Also not a club... a party night. Aria should have made this list :)

14. Pacha – Ibiza, Spain

This should have been higher instead of privilege. (literally) the most eautiful people in the world, legendary house, gread decor and a rooftop lounge.... what more could you ask for?

15. Ministry of Sound – London,UK

never been, but you've got to be fucking kidding me.

17. Level – Miami, FL

A great venue, but opium garden would be just as good if not better had they turned up the sound system past 3. I was at level for Tronic/LNO, and then for junior sanchez friday night... had an amazing time.... great lasers, high ceiling and lots of space for you to get lost in.

19. Es Paradis – Ibiza, Spain

Ummmm..... maybe... its fun but i wouldn't consider it on the caliber as some of the other ibiza clubs. It blows anything we have in nyc out of the water, but still.... the real nice thing about this place is the decor - all white with vines all around... so it looks like you're in heaven. lots of raised platforms to dance on, and seriously HOT european women. a good place for UK garage but the resident djs dropped a tune and then pulled it away before you could get into a groove. The place completely emptied by 6.

22. Roxy – New York, NY

i can see it... its a good venue for big nights.... hahaha remember sin saturdays w/eddie baez????

23. Groovejet – New York, NY

groovejet????? that piece of shit venue with the dj dropping "house tunes vol. 7" on cd? you've got to be kidding me. i think anyone that has a good time there is seriously delusional.

24. Chemistry – Amsterdam, Netherlands

Also not a club, but a monthly party. the club is called Escape. But anyway, a great night out, even for mainstream trance anthems... really friendly crowd with a great vibe, everyone was really nice....

28. Vinyl – New York, NY

um, yeah this list is old.

36. Eden – Ibiza, Spain

a surprisingly good venue, considering its mostly british. the funky room off to the side was one of my favorite spots in ibiza... lots of nutters 'avin it. i just feel bad for the old lady who has to clean the bathrooms... they get completely flooded by 3am. eeeeeeew. But yeah, a great spot for a party.

39. DC10 – Ibiza, Spain

FUCK YEAH! now if you want an underground vibe fuck vinyl, this is the place to be. circo loco - they know how its done. surprisinly empty by 9am though, which was the only disappointment. i was there by myself (my friend passed out in the hotel) and everyone was just mad nice.

45. Club Extreme – Montreal, Canada

i have never heard of such a place. does it exist? if it does its probably a shithole resto-bar on crescent or st. laurent.

51. El Divino – Ibiza, Spain

this place advertises on a ferry from talamanca to ibiza town.... and the ferry stops off in front of the club just so people could go.

61. Sona – Montreal, Canada

how could this place not be higher on the list? and how could aria not be here? makes no sense. Sona is certainly better then arc or groovejet... and probably on par with centrofly. The idea here is that this place jumps through hoops to avoid montreals very strict blue laws, by treating the place as a private residence after 3. Every night has a variety of styles - tech/house/trance, and then hip hop and dnb in the various hallways. a really nice club with a good vibe, even though the drinks are tiny and weak. a total maze, i dig it :)

73. Saci – New York, NY

You have got to be kididng me. "the spirit of ibiza????????" what a joke. This place has the potential to be cool, but was definitely the dullest night out of my life, except for groovejet. The place was filled to the brim with cubicle slaves and that bitch from accounting hoping to rub up against someone pretty. Whatever, i'm glad its gone.

81. Row – Barcelona, Spain

i think i was here but i'm not sure. i was pretty far gone and we certainly frequented a lot of clubs that night... hahahahahah

83. Webster Hall – New York, NY

again... please tell me you're joking. How many times can you possibly hear "theres a stranger in my house" in the same night?

Oh well, whatever. a decent list but somebody apparently needs to actually visit some of these clubs, hehe :)

I've never heard of Extreme either and I used to live in Montreal. Plus, Cream is a party thrown by 514 productions. The party is unbelievable, but its not a club.

In my opinion, Sona, 1015 and System Sound Bar should all be in the top 30. As much as I don't like Sona, there are few clubs in the world that are as legendary. Also, did Stereo in Montreal make the list? That club used to be ranked among the top in the world.

And Aria should definitely be on this list. Plus, I have no clue how Fluid in Toronto even made this list and was ranked that high.

well...you wanna know why everyone in Escape is really nice?

Well, its becuz they are either....

a.)"body boys" or b.)"redlight girls" that didnt make enough money standing in the window all day, so they need to make up for it by "working" at night...if you know what I mean....

....that place skeeeeeeved me more than anything....

It was worse than Exit...if thats Possible... :blown:

people were handing us put "Escort Business Cards"

and to top it off....you werent allowed to sit down anywhere EXCEPT if you had a table and HAD to buy drinks....

There are a lot of clubs in Madrid that could make the top 15 on this list like Macumba (aka Space) which has the best Sunday party I have ever seen...

Exit has NO BUSINESS being in the top 10!!

Centro is a great club and is dedicated to great music. #4 in the world though, I don't know about that.

Gatecrasher (Republic) in Sheffield was a top 3 club, but I didn't even know that it was still open. Is it open again?

Arc should be higher but this is probably pretty old.

WHAT ABOUT BUZZ!!!! (Nation DC)

No way that fuking cheezeland Glow is on there with it's hip hop and Salsa floors and there is no Nation.

But this is a cool topic!! Nice one to the gorgeous Glowgirl.
