I saw all these guys on Saturday night and gave 'em my review in person.The short version is I thought Diggers was great but I honestly thought Low End Specialists were better. LES was just more danceable and energetic, but I left at 4:30am and I know you said JD pumped up the energy later, so I might have missed the best shit. Oh well. The chaos you saw going all the way down to 6th ave and halfway to 5th ave for Digweed was the same on a night when historically NYC has a mass exodus to the beaches. And yes he played for more than 45minutes. He played from 12-4. Liquid Todd opened for him, who is a really great guy, and the closer was amazing.......this guy eddie bang. Also for all of you with some warped opinion of Paul and the size of his ego...........From my own personal intereaction with him he has always be extremely humble, soft spoken and just a great person. I mean a guy at his level who still carries in his own records says a lot these days. He's just a phenomenal guy that always comes through for the crowd.ZYGO IS FOR CLOSERS! prplhz Posted July 8 Report Share Posted July 8 I would have stayed a lot longer at Fester's but Mike and I were staying with his parents in Newport and they wake up at like 6 in the morning anyways so we had to get home before they woke... They where up when we got home anyways, we were bugging and it just didn't feel right if you know what I mean, never had to deal with anything like that before.Ras I remember seeing a bunch of people that came in a little later at night and where sitting over on the couches but didn't meet anyone. I was the girl with the white pants and colorful shirt, don't know if you saw me. Maybe next time we will meet....But all in all that night was blast!Gay House Rules!
