Exercise Machine You Use Most Frequent??

Versaclimber is absolutely brutal, but I love it. Also consider an elliptical trainer over a treadmill. Treadmill will cause wear and tear on your knees over time. Elliptical trainer is very low impact.

:laugh: me too.. if someone i know is on the machine next to me, i cant look at them cuz when i move my head my whole body shifts to the side and i trip :tongue:

that is just like me also...i have to look straight ahead, but that gets really boring at times

this winter, i saw a woman get thrown off a treadmill into the wall behind the treadmills (whoever planned the gym layout should rethink it). she hit her head and got a bit red lump... i was right next to her when it happened and felt really awkward because i couldn't tell if she was really badly hurt or not and wasn't sure if should try to help her up. :|

Careful... the smith machine places huge shearing forces on your knees, greatly increasing your risk of injury.

Full squats with a bar are the best and safest leg exercise.

Yup! I do that too! I mess w/the elevation though and raise and lower it b/w 12-15....just 4 kicks
