hotbarbiedoll
As for me, I like the treadmill the best!
solbeam
since i tend to do cardio more than anything else (which is so bad and I'm slowly getting out of the habit) I use all machines equally...but if im pressed for time its usually the treadmill for a long run
naughtybabe
If I dont concentrate I tend to trip on the tredmill But seriously I enjoy doing the butt and leg machines

wideskies
hm... the only "machines" i use are the pulley system for tri pushdowns and seated rows and the incline calf apparatus.

£ddie
Versaclimber is absolutely brutal, but I love it. Also consider an elliptical trainer over a treadmill. Treadmill will cause wear and tear on your knees over time. Elliptical trainer is very low impact.
elementx
Cables... If you wanted to you can do a head to toe workout with the cables... But I mostly hit up cables for Angles and constant tension.

wideskies
this winter, i saw a woman get thrown off a treadmill into the wall behind the treadmills (whoever planned the gym layout should rethink it). she hit her head and got a bit red lump... i was right next to her when it happened and felt really awkward because i couldn't tell if she was really badly hurt or not and wasn't sure if should try to help her up. :|

rackham
Originally posted by xxlea Crosstrainer and the smith machine. Well I think that's how it's called, the machine you do squats in. I love that one. Careful... the smith machine places huge shearing forces on your knees, greatly increasing your risk of injury.Full squats with a bar are the best and safest leg exercise.
