nSyNcBaBy Posted July 17 Author Report Share Posted July 17 i dont think its an actual "health" cereal but Honey Nut Clusters is really good.... wheat flakes... not a lot of sugar, plenty of protein and fiber.. also Cracklin Oat Bran is good too.... loaded with fiber... and i get filled up by 1/2 of a regular bowl... But here's what I like.....Kashi Go-Lean - Okay, if you eat it plain it's kind of blah, but I usually sprinkle less than 1/2 a packet of Equal and it's pretty good....Has a lot of protein and fiber....ORProtein Plus - Sooooo good, it's crunchy and has a LOT of protein.....only problem is I can't find it any food stores around here...I used to get it up in NY when I was at school....
