wideskies Posted July 23 Report Share Posted July 23 well, it seems like here as well as on other boards, people often get into discussions that can become quite heated.... but then they end up going out on the weekend, having beers together, and forgetting the incident.i know that if a msgboard friend and myself had a major disagreement over something that actually mattered to me (say, gay rights, politics, whatever) i would bring it up in person. so it seems like either the matters people bring up on the board really aren't important to them or they don't care about their board friendships enough to discuss important issues with each other.
