I'd give it a chance again, but def. not my favorite.Portland, Oregon has to be my all time favorite location other than NYC. The city is very much like NY, but much cleaner and very very liberal (( there's this place called Pioneer Square, where people openly sell marijuana and other stuff.....)).The bar scene is typical, and there are a few clubs....but really no "scene". I think the best part about Portland was waking up in the morning to go for a run along the water....and over looking it, was big ol' Mt. Hood. Soooo awesome.
