mala Posted September 16 Report Share Posted September 16 As I posted in another thread, Depeche Mode is the greatest band in the world. "Personal Jesus" is my favorite DM song of all time. "Strangelove", "Its No Good", and "Black Celebration" quickly follow. And of course, "Violator" is their best album. As much as I like DM, I haven't bought David Gahan's or Martin Gore's solo albums. Although, I did like Gahan's "Dirty Sticky Floors", it didn't make me want to run out and buy his album. For me, its all about the collected effort.
