But once you do it is the most incredible natural high you can get. I love it. Sometimes its hard to get that motivation but once you do there is no stopping. I hear ya though, I didn't go for about 2 weeks between preparing for my trip and actually being away...it was even hard after two weeks to get back into it.....But yes, once you're back into it, it feels great!
