It was more the sleep deprivation. I hadn't really slept since Wednesday of last week, and I had two of the worst work days on Monday and Tuesday that I've ever had.And I have no serotonin. Yeah, and I was supposed to go get some last night but I fell asleep promptly upon getting home.Though w.r.t. 5HTP, there is some argument about whether 5HTP when metabolized by the kidneys is effective in normalizing serotonin levels in the brain.
