EVERY DJ on your list has played in Miami in the past year. some on more then one occasion.

Miami gets Oscar G, Roland, and Markus Schulz on a weekly basis. Not to shabby if you ask me.

Oscar and Space are good for each other. Space has helped bring OG recognition. Oscar’s insight helped foster House Sessions.

90% of what people think space is closed?

If Miami is a one club town. Whose fault is that? Buller! Buller!

Acosta seems to do well every where lately except Miami.

Miami finally has a techno club. That hopefully reaches full maturity.

I think the Miami scene is doing just fine.

Don't hate appreciate, and help to build a better scene. Instead of injecting so much negativity. ;)

Bla bla bla, those guys all live in nyc so of course they play there more often, but with the success em had when he played here couple of weeks ago im sure we will see more of him and others like him.

Miami gets oscar g, roland, robbie rivera, stryke, markus shultz, and tons of other upcoming djs like demo and fonseca.

Oscar is space, could not imagine the place without him though I think him on the patio every week was a mistake for them. For me its good, but as for as for business dec. think its not so good cause lots of people say I can catch him anytime I feel like it since he always there and i can go clubbing to other places and if im still up for partying catch him in the morning. For true fans though, its the best thing for us to catch him inside and out all the time.

Techno is not really for me, unless its done really well and I can't check it out on a weekly basis so for privelege I think it could work, but I'll only be tehre once a while.

Nyc has a great scene from what I've heard but so does miami, don't compare them just appreciate you are not in deleware having to listen to livesets u dl and when u go out u hear hip hop and stuff.

I do agree with u on a few points though, more em and other ny djs over here more often please. Not cause they the best, but I think miami should bring in guys not only from europe but also top djs from the rest of the united states as well as other countries. P:M sessions does a pretty good job of that (Israel and vich, mazi, ali ajami)

By the way 2 lazy to post on other threads, but good to see board is still full of drama, been a nice distraction tonight and hope to be back soon to enjoy the miami nightlife.

Miami does not blow . . . it is on the same level as NYC (especially this time of year - how is the weather up there?).

I do think that the scene is a bit stale . . . but I also think that venues realize this and are making an effort to bring different talent down here. Nerve is a great example.

Its not fair to compare Miami and NYC. Each city has their own style. I lived in NYC for 18yrs then I moved to Miami for 5 years and now I'm back in NYC again...and I learned that each city has its own pros & cons. I'm my opinion, I think I did everything Miami could offer in 5yrs such as nightlife, entertainment, and leisure activities. I don't think I could accomplish everything NYC has to offer in a lifetime. Miami nightlife is restricted to a few clubs but people sure now how to party the night away. Honestly, I like how people get down in MIA better than NYC. In NYC there are so many clubs but there only a handful of clubs that are really good. Plus there are so many genres of music here for everybody. The thing that makes up for the handful is all the great lounges and bars the city has. Something I think Miami lacks in. No point in comparing cost of living because Miami beats out NYC....ex: Expired Meter ticket - MIA=18 NYC=65

Also Miami has the beach, the weather and beautiful people. The thing I think Miami has too much of is plastic people. Alot of fakes trying to live up to the Miami image. I like to call them Barbie & Ken. Nobody on this board is in that category but you know the people I'm talking about. NYC has real people....their just straight up with you ; no bullshit. But just like MIA there are still fakes around. I think I can keep going and going in Pros & Cons, but those are just a few. I'm just gonna say that I like Miami but I love NYC. Plus I was born and raised here, so what do you expect. Two different cities but both great in their own way. By the way Miami has the best residents in the nation, Oscar G and Roland. I would take them over any residents here, even Danny T. I envy you guys. :D

What about really good clubs and lounges in both cities, Saleen?

I couldn't care less about Eddie Baez, Tony Draper or Jonathan Peters or Junior Vasquez or Johnny Vicious. What about Low End Specialists Joeski and Onionz, the 112 Crew, Francois K and the Body & Soul clan who would be totally unappreciated in Miami for the most part?

But since you live in Miami, you might as well stop complaining and support whoever you like down here. That's what I do.

And Crobar is not a lounge!!!
