Took 2 weeks off the gym. Will be back January 2nd. Quiting smoking January 2nd... Health Kick Begins!!!But no it is not a resolution. It is about the time every year I get into a health kick for the warm weather. Smoking I will be quitting for the 2nd time. I did it for a year and a half. Hopefully this time will be for good.
