captainpec Posted March 2 Report Share Posted March 2 Cardio in general... you can do all the crunches and situps in the world, but if you don't burn the fat covering your abs... you'll never see them. 30 minutes of cardio for at least 4 days a week should get you decent results... ie jogging, stationary bike, treadmill (like Ou812 said), etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
